  • The Ricoh 360 Tours App is an all-in-one Virtual Tour real estate listing creator. It's designed to make creating virtual tours for housing extremely quick and efficient, but does it work in practise?
In this video I'll be testing the Ricoh 360 Tours software to see if it's worth considering. I'll also show you all the features of the App and how to create your first virtual tour
►Check out pricing options here: www.ricohtours.com/
►Get the Ricoh Theta Z1 Camera here: amzn.to/2WpXgzG
The Ricoh 360 Tours App is designed to work with Ricoh Theta cameras and allows you to create high quality virtual tours without the need for extra software or editing.
As you shoot your 360 photos the virtual tour is automatically created and ready to share. You can add your business information as well as detail about the property. You'll end up with a shareable virtual tour listing which you can share instantly.
What do you think of the Ricoh 360 Tours software? Is it worth considering as a cheap/easy way to create VR tours for real estate?

Ricoh has now created a more complex tour editing dashboard. I liked the old editor better--much faster and more intuitive. They fixed something that was not broken.

It works fairly good if you have good lighting, $49 month is a little steep.

Yeah man. This price pays off if you have a lot of clients already. But it will be very hard to justify this recurringcost when you are starting out.

Nice video and very useful. Which would be the best option between X2 and Z1, if I want to create virtual tours for real estate? Thx!

That would be great if you can do the "Doll House" effect with that app.

Would you be able to give a workflow example how to make a Google Streetview track by walking in a forest path with a Insta360 One X2?
I want to map some handicap friendly tracks in the area where I live but I do not know if a normal Smartphone is okay to get the GPS track or if I need something like a Garmin GPS, and what if I want to stop to take a 360 photo of some area, is that even possible or need a track be in one walk?
Many videos I seen are in locations where there is already a street marked and my guess is that Google Map are using the existing roads to average out a track so the points end up in the right location after the road, but some of the path I want to walk is not marked as roads, so is there any way for me to self edit and adjust my own track.
I do not talk about a straight up boring tutorial but more about what to think before, how you prepare together with your own thoughts about make Streetview tracks and with some videos of nature around you or where you like to walk, and maybe give suggestion how to hold the camera to avoid that you are visible all the time.

Well, to be honest photos straight from the virtual tour app are not that good in my opinion. I prefer to shot using auto HDR in ricoh theta app and then upload them into ricoh360.

Personally prefer a cleaner page to show the work. Ricoh has got its own logo and app promotion at the bottom of the page showing to clients, it probably would lead client to check the pricing and come back to bargain next time XD
