Lol actually I just checked and the same period as last year in City Premiere Dubai Marina Apartments is 7000 us dollars per month now on booking, last year I paid 2000 us dollars. Crazy!

How are your prices so different from booking in November this year
You're showing the absolute lowest prices in the NO-GO months of July-August when it's 45°C 110°F and 90% humidity outsite. Ramada is $300 In Oct ... not $85

Hi Oksy! do you have any tips for hotel/apartments in dubai for longer periods such as 1-2-3 months? I stayed last year in City Premiere Dubai Marina Apartments and it was quite cheap back then (9000 AED per month) but I just can't seem to find decent prices this year. Thanks!
There were good options during lockdown, now I am not sure.... there are a lot of tourists currently in Dubai. Check Rove Hotels

Кстате, цена в ROVE Marina не 52$. Самая минимальная цена 68$ с налогами и это во время Рамадана, а в другие время около 90$.
Я в ROVE живу больше 2 месяца.
Я указывала цены которые мне выдавал Booking.com на время выхода видео
Через Букинг всегда дешевле, чем напрямую
