Please what about the Battery Current? As SCC are always rated in Voltage.
On this same SCC used for this class, if I connect 2 batteries 12v/200aH in series making a 24v/200aH and connect another 24/200aH in parallel to it making a 24v/400aH (9,6kWh) , will this SCC charge it?
Does the size of the battery bank matter?
Please, this is a real issue for me..

Keep it up, you are the best.
Kindly experiment the performance of MPPT and PWM charge controller at the same time using:
1) the same type and size of panels ,
2) the same weather conditions, and
3) watts reader, to know the diff. in watts.
I believe this will help clarify more on the issue and open our eyes more on how MPPT is been over rated by the manufacturers.

Hello bro! let me rephrase my comment from one of you videos! you can't actually determine the size of your solar charge regulator without knowing the battey banc voltage . the size of your charge controller depends both on the total pv wattage and the battery battery banc voltage.... let's say you have a 750 watt pv voltage and a 12 volts banc..you'll need : 750/12 × 1.2 = a 75 amp sollar charge regulator. 1.2 is a safety margin of 20%. but a 60 amp regulator will actually work fine if you think of system losses from the pvs .... Keep up the good work brother!

You can use a digital multimeter or check from your charge controller
After doing my calculations on charge controller and got 38A for 24v battery bank, with pv max power 1600w( four 400w mono panel) and max pv voltage for series parallel connection is 106v. Can mppt 60a with max pv voltage 150v and max power of 24v 1540w be good for such system. Note the total pv array is 1600w while the max power of charge controller for 24v is 1540.
The most important factor is voc for ur Panel is 1.6kw power and its above mppt rated power, take 20% of ur system at peak hours which is 0.32kw so it will work perfectly

But the 80a will charge more faster than the 20a and 40a

You should have divide total wattage by the system voltage to get an appropriate charge controller size and not to divide it panel voltage.

To size charge controller,. You devide the sum of the individual panel power by the system voltage, like 12v, 24v, 48, etc.
@@hassanaliu2084 sorry, what do you mean system, all 4 major components make up the system, are you talking about the inverter, charge controller battery or panels. Voltage of which of these are you referring to?
The battery voltage you choose for system: 12v, 24v, etc
If you decide to divide by system voltage like 12v or 24v, U will never get the correct Controller.. I did installation of 24v battery days ago nd my pv is 1200watts. If I divided this system is 28. , why if I get 30amps it won't charge 220ah battery to Ur satisfaction. So is better to use VMP from panel
