- I joined Flying The Nest expedition in India. Finally, I met Jess and Stephen! They are so humble. I didn’t get many clips with them because I was too shy, but they are the kindest and always making sure everyone’s having a good time. Got a chance new people as well who joined on this trip.
We took an early morning train to Agra from Delhi. Train ride was around 2 hours, and it was inclusive of breakfast. We checked in on our beautiful hotel that has a rooftop pool and view of the Taj Mahal. Later that evening, we went on a street food tour. We tried 5 types of dishes and ended the food tour with 2 desserts. The next morning, we went to the most awaited, Taj Mahal. It was impressive. only read about that Taj Mahal before and seeing it in person was like a dream come true. Mahaveer took us on a shop ran by Acid Attack Survivors for our lunch. They sell their own products, and they do henna tattoos as well. Lastly, we visited a local’s house, where she taught us how to cook a local dish and we ate what she cooked for dinner. XD

In a saree you were looking like a Gorkha girl from Darjeeling or a Bodo girl from Assam.
