French Apple lemon pie | A lot of apples, very little dough

  • Try this splendid and light apple pie.
    A lot of apples, very little dough.
    Ingredients
    4-5 apples
    3 Eggs
    2 teaspoones Honey
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    zest of half lemon
    100 ml | 3,5 oz milk
    TWICE 25 g | 1 oz melted butter
    TWICE 120 gr | 4 oz all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    Grease the mold with butter. In the air fryer you should use baking mold. Put your mold on
    Water parchment paper.
    Press the apples tightly. Shake the mold.
    Preheat oven or multicooker 180C | 356F.
    Bake 50-60 minutes 180C | 356F..
    If you use air fryer, cover pie with foil, pierce the foil in several places with a toothpick, after 45 minutes baking, get rid of foil and bake 15 minutes more.
    The baking tin should still leave some space on either side when you place it in the basket to ensure the airflow can pass around it.
    Always place the baking dish in the basket.
    Never place the baking dish directly in the pan, as this eliminates the airflow in the pan and only the top of the food would be heated.
    Always wear oven mitts when you handle the baking tins or molds.
