    Speakers
    Charlene Richard, B.S.W, M.S.W., RSW
    Charlene is a Registered Clinical Social Worker in Calgary, Alberta, with specializations in addictions, mental health and compassion fatigue. She is also the creator of Caring Safely™ which teaches service providers and organizations how to prevent compassion fatigue.
    Charlene has been teaching community, provincial and federal organizations how to prevent compassion fatigue since 2008. In 2015, she published a book titled 20 Quick Strategies to Help Your Patients and Clients Manage Stress, which includes a chapter on Clinician Wellness.
