You absolutely did inspire me! I went straight down and started cleaning, decluttering, and re-organizing with matching bins that we already had. And I decided that we are painting it this weekend. We have been here 10 years, and the laundry room is still an unpainted room. As in, drywall that was never painted! Thanks for the motivation. :)

This turned out beautifully! I currently have laundry in the basement, even though we do have a second floor laundry. We needed to use that space differently when we first moved in. Now we are getting ready to move it into the second floor space. You have given me some good ideas.

I am in the process of trying to move and at the same time trying to figure out how to fit all my stuff into whatever place I get. I figure when the time comes I will figure it out / work through it or incorporate the help from my daughter who is great at organizing. You are an inspiration to organizing. Your laundry room is beautiful! 😍 Do the color catcher sheets work well? Do you put them in the dryer like a dryer sheet? 🤔 I have an older home so my washer and dryer are in my kitchen! 🙊😅
Thank you so much! You put the color catcher sheets in the washing machine. It helps when you are washing whites and dark color clothes together so it doesn’t ruin the light ones. If the color bleeds off it supposed to on the sheet. I haven’t had any issues with using them!
@@MichelleOMalley711 oh! I will need to try them! I tend to mix my colors so now I just wash my clothes on the cold setting otherwise the colors bleed!

I don't have a laundry room, my washing machine is in the bathroom, that's 6x6feet, so tuiny, no space for a dryer as it's under the sloping roof too ;-) also in the Netherlands where I live we're not allowed to have our washing machine connected to the hot water, yours is not the first I 've seen..it's weird to us, but probable normal to you, funny how that differs. love the floor. and the result of your clear out, well done
Just found your channel. Love how you remodeled your laundry room. I do have a concern that you have cleaning and other things stored down low since you have small kids. Please move those items up where little ones can't reach them.
My biggest struggle is finding the time to complete the project and donation drop off. We live about an hour and a half from donation centers so that makes getting the stuff out harder. Especially with gas prices 🙄 Anyway, the room came out beautifully! Great job!

When my brother was about 3, he got into my mom’s perfume on her vanity and drank it. He had to be rushed to the hospital and had to get his stomach pumped so I always think of that when I see cleaning products or chemicals that aren’t in a cabinet that can be child proofed.
Whenever I do a project the hardest part for me is dealing with the mess it turns into. I get overwhelmed really easily now and it’s really hard for me to work through it.
I think I'm obsessed with the new laundry baskets 😍 You can change those pictures every season :) Also those wicker storage baskets are great for keeping your laundry room organized and stylish at the same time! OMG 😄 I thought you would use a simple closet for the cleaning supplies 🤭 The laundry room looks totally amazing!! 🔥🔥 You look beautiful ❤️
