He had deeper issues that he's working on. He's currently in rehab, sober, skating again and has sponsors, including a shoe company called Straye that he's helped promote with Chad Muska and Jamie Thomas. He made a lot of mistakes in his youth but he's working to correct his mistakes and make a better future for himself. He's doing a lot better than most fuck ups. Most fuck ups just get worse as they go on, he's at least trying to improve and it looks like he's making progress.

People like this can never admit fault for their actions. That being said, if he’s sober and skating and lifting weights, he is on the right path to redemption and I commend him for that, for whatever my commendation is worth.
