Nice clip. Yes, you're right about the Central ident in this clip (4:21-4:31) being used for Central Video, which as well all know was Central Independent Television's media releases division. Although bearing in mind, there were many variants of Central idents with their CGI cake logo made and shown between 1985 and 1998 - possibly hundreds come to think of it.

I know there were hundreds of Central idents, I grew up in the Central region.
