In early 2023, Norfolk Southern began reactivating their remaining mothballed fleet of SD70M-2s, much to my (and many others) surprise. Hop along for the ride as we chase a few of these reactivated locomotives in local service across Northwest Indiana!

Christ that poor GP38-2! I have never seen one dying that hard lmao.
Also I'd been wondering about that seemingly random SD70 being put on local trains, 2661 kept throwing me for a loop for a while because of it's P5. I remember poking my head out of the break room at work and being very confused to see a big six axle heading a train long hood forward!
