    Most of my larger pistols are M&P, previously carried a Performance Center Shield. But approximately 2 years ago I got a 365XL and installed a Holosun 507k, few months ago change the sight to a Holosun EPS carry. I have approx. 1500+ rounds through the 365XL, carry daily, no issues, shoots great and very accurate.

      My smallest carry pistol is the M&P Compact 2.0 9mm, but I usually carry a P-320C in .45 ACP. I despise micro-nines... I don't concern myself with deep concealment... and I have a recurring nightmare that I have to fight my way out of a crappy situation and all I have is a micro-nine.

      @@HalfCrazy520 - I have a few M&P compacts, those are probably my favorite pistols to shoot. I have IWB holsters for the compacts, but I rarely carry one. The Sig 365XL may be considered a micro pistol to some, but it's almost the same size at a M&P compact, just thinner. And, it shoots like a larger pistol. With mag-guts springs in the mags, they hold 14 rounds, versus 15 in a M&P compact. I have shot a ton of rounds through those mags with no issues.

    I REALLY LIKE my S&W Equalizer. I live in the Constitution thwarting nanny Cook County, IL. I occasionally get into Chicago. it is nice to have the 10 round magazine option as this is the magazine round limit for Chicago. Chicago also does not allow laser sites. [I view laser sites as an external optic dot allowing for the fastest and most accurate target acquisition w/o the need to raise the gun to eye level. Green laser dots are best.] With the Pic rail on the Equalizer and the variable magazine size options, this gun can be easily reconfigured to meet local unconstitutional restrictions. I like hammer fired triggers [which the Equalizer has] slightly better than striker fired also. The ease of racking the slide is excellent also on the Equalizer, making dry firing practice a breeze. The barrel is longer than the Shield Plus which I prefer for better accuracy, and which does virtually nothing to make it less concealable. It is also optic ready. And, the Equalizer shoots really well! The grip is extremely comfortable and slightly narrower than the grip on the Shield Plus. The Equalizer is an upgrade in many ways of the Shield Plus and doesn't cost much more. I am very happy with this pistol. For extreme concealment [which I unfortunately need in my home area], I usually carry IWB the Ruger LC9s Pro w/ a Viridian green laser [7 + 1 rounds]. The LC9s is so small and light that I need to check to see if it is still there from time to time because I literally don't feel like I am carrying anything.

But, when the clothing is light and tight, I carry a *Sig Sauer P365 XMacro TACOPS 3.7 " (17+1=18)* This is my choice and my minimum standard of a small handgun, the other one is the *Canik TP9 Elite SC.*

    Currently (just an opinion) the best engineered firearm (marketed for carry, & capacity advantage) is the Sig P365 XMac Comp. It’s the only compact I own (due to its 17+1 capacity) that gets as much range time (if not more) than the VP9 Match, USP9, & Shadow due to its capacity. Single stack Micro’s (traded my everyday carry Walther PPS M2 towards the Sig) or anything promoted for concealed carry are irrelevant (again, just a personal take) in comparison to the Sig XMacro, or Spectre Comp.

    • @oleboy7615
      @oleboy7615 Před 11 měsíci +1

      No it isn’t. Granted, the 365 X Macro is marketed for carry, and granted, it is a good shooting gun, but it’s hardly the best engineered firearm. Sig outsources their parts, their QC is trash, and the whole “FCU” is not a true go to war design bc it’s unnecessarily complicated, intricate and dainty. This is why Sig has had so many issues with the P320/365 line. It’s common knowledge. I mean CZcams is littered with videos about it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

      I think it’s more an aesthetic approach to not like a grip safety. Yes they are ugly but..they do teach you the proper grip and train you to not limp wrist a semi automatic. Great for safety and training . And that is not a dig on the 1911 platform.

      It’s a matter of familiarity and training. Grip safeties can be hard to engage without proper training bc it’s engaged by your grip. If you don’t grip with the proper technique it can render the gun dead which can get you killed in an altercation. Most people don’t actually train with their guns today.

    No need to watch. He said he would carry the USFA 22lr Zip Gun above any gun if he could find one for sale, because it's the most powerful and especially the most reliable handgun ever made. He said if he can't find one of those for sale though, he would carry a 22lr NAA revolver, because of its powerful round and high capacity, he could take out 30 bad guys without ever having to reload.
