A house is an asset by how much payments you have made (equity). Loans on your house, cars etc would be in the Liabilities section of your Balance Sheet.
For instance, a car depreciates when you drive the car off the lot. So, the car is shown net of Accumulated Depreciation on the Balance Sheet.
A = L + E ( Assets = Liabilities + Equity)

NHT only gives you the benefit once. If you have used it already, you cant access it again.

Jamaica is improving very well in real estate. To improve more real estate sales is to speak to the government about improving the healthcare system in Jamaica. It's not right for us to be running back to USA for good medical care.

Funny enough four months ago I tried to negotiate this LOT 55 from 10 mil to 8 mil and they declined. Thank God they did because I found a sea view property 1/3 acres for 60 thousand USD in the Tower Isles.
