I built a house in Negril but when i moved to Jamaica permanently I only lasted 3 years in Negril then moved to Portland for 6 years. Most beautiful and safe parish on the island. Moved back to Negril because i lived east of portie and the road construction was crazy.
I think where we are we should be fine! Nestled up in the hills! Thanks for watching I hope you enjoyed!

Thank you! The property is 6 acres and the goal is to have 7 villas when completed. We have a new video coming soon on the master planning process and a full walk through of the final completed look of everything. The views truly are magical!

Aw thanks for checking in. Been a little busy but we will have something out very soon along with some special surprises for everyone! More drone footage and a camping expedition on the land coming soon!
Will you build roads to get to the villas? Seem far from civilization.
@@SoniaCarter-qd6ys thanks for watching! There is a road up to the land and then we will be building a road across the land to the villas to ensure easy access! The architects have designed the road as part of the master plan we will be sharing shortly so stay tuned!!
