- WOW!!! Norm just bought a super cool 1959 Hammond B3 Organ with a Leslie Model 122 Speaker from his friend John in Austin Texas. This is the same year as Norm's original B3 when he used to play, but Norm took a little a vacation from playing for about 40 years. Norm says he sounds like he's playing with baseball gloves on, but we think he sounds great!!! Stay tuned, Norm also got a whole bunch of guitars which we will show you guys on the next video!!! What do you think of his playing?

In my opinion the greatest musical instrument ever created. There's nothing as majestic sounding as this thing.
Seeing masks on people in videos drives me nuts
TheB3 is the best sounding Keyboard ever made that’s the sound of the Allman Brothers Booker T. and the Mg’s the Spencer Davis group and so on
A mask and plastic gloves? Seems a little paranoid to me.
Good thing Cal worthington sells instruments..instead of playing them..
I inherited my father's 1963 B-3 with a 122 Leslie which he bought new....took me 7 years to finally find it a good home as I didn't want it to go to a bunch of kids beating it up in the back of a truck twice a week. A finely crafted instrument worthy of it's reputation.
Always wanted to hear Norm lay it down. This is better than I could have ever imagined. Boy got that soul.
Don’t ever sell that thing Norm, ride it to Heaven!
Nothin says organ like a B3. Best sounding organ ever made to date. It works for Rock, blues, church, funeral, gospel, ANY MUSIC AT ALL.
Will you ever sell the B-3 and Leslie 122? I have been looking for a 59 B3 Organ and Leslie Model 122 for 30 years. Ever since I was a kid and lived in West Texas and heard it played at a Black Pentecostal Church that sound stole my heart and I became a keyboardist! I have a Hammond Xk-1C for gigs but I want a 59 B-3 Hammond Organ and a Leslie 122 in my house. I want it so I can play my Gospel songs here at home and get the whole neighborhood wound up!!!
The Classic from Church to the Rock stage. Just love that Leslie sound.
That was absolutely beautiful, hopefully Norm keeps that Organ. He looked so happy and in his element playing it. It also sounded amazing. Thats the joy of making music.
Nice. It makes me glad when a classic instrument is rescued for future generations.
Just had a pristine 1959 Hammond M3 organ gifted to me! It’s phenomenal
Not a greater sound on earth than a Hammond B3 with
I'VE BEEN TELLING NORM TO PUT A HAMMOND B3 AND A LESLIE IN THE DAMN STORE
I have this same 1959 Cherry B3 with Leslie 122RV model. I was born in 1959 so it holds a special place in my heart above all of my other Hammond B3 organs. I would be honored to come to LA and play your 59 Cherry B3. In the meantime, I will ask my friend Devin Watkins to drop in for a visit. Congratulations!!!
Nothing sounds like an Original Hammond B3, C3 with Leslie Tone Cabs...!! Beautiful music for our ears. Now you can invite Rachel Flowers to rock that Hammond..!!!!!!
The Greatest Instrument Ever Made: The Hammond B3 with a Leslie Speaker Enclosure.
One of the greatest instruments ever. I can remember playing it and it’s been, ohhh, over 40 years ! ! !
