It reminds me very much of my own happy place- the third bench along from Old Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, CA. I would go there every day during my 2 week stay to eat my lunch, and it was perfect. If I close my eyes, I can still feel the sun on my face, smell the ozone, and hear the sea gently brushing over the shore. I really thought I had my ducks in a row, and that I was loved, so I really was happy sitting there with my sandwich. You have prompted a very happy memory, so thank you.
