According to his Wikipedia page, LeDuff has a Pulitzer prize, worked for the NY Times, has covered the war in Iraq, has crossed the border with Mexican migrants, and before he was a journalist he worked as a school teacher and carpenter in Michigan, a cannery hand in Alaska, and as a baker in Denmark.

Yes it does, I am half Filipino and we take care of our elderly family members so they never have a hard time or go without a home cooked meal, I wish the rest of the world would do the same for their families and friends, elderly people do not deserve to worry about Bill's or how they are going to get a hot meal, it really sucks to see how greedy the fat American is! Sales tax property tax and tax out of a paycheck! And they cant give these poor elderly people a decent hot meal! Sad😢

Even the military has come out and said that they don't want the extra tanks and planes that they are receiving on a daily basis because they don't have any use for them.

This is near perfect journalism. It saw a problem and proceeded to gather a great deal of first hand evidence. As a result of that, the politician in charge was forced to respond. It's sad that people think this is almost a joke. Shows how rare good journalism is these days. Hopefully the statement succeeded by results.
