Now, I’ve decided to downsize. My house is too large for me to handle alone. Too much land. I’m moving into a senior community that’s gated! It’s a big change for me. You have inspired me to change from vintage country to French country. I’m more of a 40s and 50s decorator. I’m changing everything about myself and I just wanted to say thank you. Bev, it's so sad saying goodbye to that adorable little sunroom. It was my favorite room in the cottage and was always so full of character. The dining area was a close second it always looked so cozy but elegant. I'm sure your next nest will be awesome. Blessings
As usual... I get too invested in other peoples homes. And this little cottage just captured my heart. I am not ready to leave it. But I know I must.. I must admit , it makes me sad. I do like that you realized that your style is very specific. When selling a home, the simpler the better. Its so others can visualize themselves in the space. I too , would have to do a lot to make make my maximillist home appeal to a wide variety of buyers. My style is also very specific . Some lucky woman is going to walk into that sunroom and say "I'll take it !" And she will live happily ever after in this magical cottage. Or at least that's how I imagine it.. hahah

This was nice. It reminds me of my reseller days when I head baskets and florals and all kinds of beautiful things. I had to relieve myself of almost all of it, but this was a great way to look back and feel warm.
