To those who do not have enough DP to use the stun pillar after killing all the other slugs dismiss Lava and either try to make it to the pillar or deploy Yato.

Doable with +40. Lava can tank a single spider explosion so you can skip one of the vanguard deployments (preferably the second one due to how Lava targets the spiders) so the timings become much more forgiving. You can use the extra vanguard deployment to either stall the last spider or mop up the spider if you messed up the active skill timing.

Tips (Skill Level 1):
You CAN beat this stage without using Lava's skill, so you dont need to level it up. But you don't need max trust for Lava (i did it with 54% and Purgatory's buff) but Yato needs max trust for sure.
1. Use Yato to block 1st spider to prevent it from hitting Lava. Remember to retreat Yato instead of letting her get hit by the explosion in order to get DP refund
2. Let Lava tank the 2nd spider explosion
3. There should be no leaks with the normal slugs
4. Lava can't kill the 3rd spider, use the machine on the left to kill it.
5. At the final part of the stage, there will be the red slugs and spider. Lava can't kill them. When the spider gets out of her range (let her do as much damage as possible), RETREAT LAVA FOR DP REFUND, and activate the machine on the right to stun the spider.
6. Spider will still be alive, deploy Yato on the tile with the Spider and let her kill it (she can tank the explosion)
7. Yato will kill the remaining 3 red slugs, and will be barely alive by the end.

Tysm! I tried your first guide and was getting frustrated cause I couldn't get the timing right. Then I realized my Lava has 60 more attack than the one you used because of the Purgatory bonus. Finally got this simulation beat. Thanks again!

I did this a different way, and wanted to check how a guide would do it after completion.
My method worked with a 50% trust skill level 2 Lava.
I put Lava in the middle of the 3 tiles on the top and faced her right. I noticed an occurrence where she would hit slugs coming out of the gate and their AOE damage would sort of chain to the left spider and kill it, despite not being in her range.
I used Yato to deal with the first 2 of the right spiders.
With the extra spider on the left lane, I timed the stun to land it perfectly between tiles so the spider would be stunned, but Lava would be just outside of its explosion radius. I then used her skill just as the last spider was about to enter her range. I let her tank this one explosion, and she survived to kill the remaining slugs.

For those having trouble, timing is key
If you have skill lv7: just do like this video do
If you have lv5 or having rough time charge sp: before ENTERING center, activate the skill! Sacriface some of lava hp trust me... She live! Then followed the rest like the video did👍

Huh. Didn't know they changed her Trust bonus when she got her alter. What was Lava's Trust bonus before?

Lava would have been just -60 ATK before the introduction of Purgatory.

Ahh, you're referring to the AoE caster class buff they did with Dossoles Holiday. I checked your old Lava guide and she had 47 less attack, not 60. The 60 is just the trust bonus.
