That one deck was called Arfus because that’s literally Arfus’s twist deck list. I’m not surprised it’s up there considering how comically strong he is compared to the other Twist heroes.

Finally, only took 3 months to be recognized as a meta deck, I saw this list 3 month ago but with only 100-200 samples
Same with Sonya drilling rogue was playing it for 40 days because of my signature Sonya and I couldn't understand why nobody was picking up on it ealier.
I got my first legend 2 months ago with a deck like this when it was a Shopper DH meta. What I can say is: the matchup against warriors is still terrible - even 2 dirty rats is not enough. In order to sometimes overcome warrior's resources I put Heath Stonebrew in E.T.C for the cases when Boomboss is already there. Again, the Brann is not an issue itself, just the Boomboss. And nowadays almost every warrior who doesn't have Brann in their hand just plays Boomboss on 10 with Zola. Or copy him if he was pulled by Rat and left alive. My bad is I didn't try Fizzle but I have an excuse - the meta was too aggressive.
Another completely doomed matchup was the Wheel Warlock due to the Sargeras and Symphony: you have to find + keep Helya for the Wheel and find + keep Reno for Sarg but there were simply no answer to the Symphony casted right after the Wheel. It's a big luck that it's nerfed to the unplayable state.
I changed the rat in ETC to the 2 mana deal 3 shuffle 2 plagues, helps a lot in highlander matchups
Dirty rat is clutch in Highlander matchups though. Without it you cannot really outvalue warrior without a lot of luck.

Been facing these type of deck but i just won every time with reno shaman even without the highroll curve with hagatha and frog weapon
Mighty mighty boss tones is a cover of a Boston song funnily enough. And while the riff is that song almost all the drums and fills are from the Gap Band. Source Dave Grohl talking about it. It all still plays into boring and respecting those that came before you.

I still think this type of attrition deck would probably benefit from foamrender. It also spends corpses well.
Foamrender finds its way into some builds in the ETC. The 3rd deck in the Deck Code links has the deck I am referring to.
I feel like you'd need a second one in ETC to push value from it. Very hard to build a decent size CNE at the best of times and everyone is running viper.

I started to play again this weak, and have to say, in Gold DK just should be banned. up to 40%DK opponents.
Therefor Shaman and DH not a single one in 90 games.
In 91 games in Gold to get plat:
31%Dk, 0%Dh, 9% Druid, 6% Hunter,
5% Mage, 5% Pala, 12% Priest, 0% Shaman, 5% Rogue, 8% Warlock, 14% Warrior
Ok, one Session was only 10% DK, downgrading the two sessions with 40% a little.
man I hate spell mage 2000 discover stuff and mana cheat for days
Farming this deck with Warrior, face it a lot (Diamond 3 currently - Europe)

@@shogunpug4071 yeah because playing handbuff dk got me no further than diamond 5 at a scraped by 51% WR, and with a far more consistent 30 than listed here.
