I 100% agree. It’s hero worship. Most people, including reporters, focus on 1 star and don’t realize that there are other players integral to success.
Rants is the best player on like 22 or more teams. So amazing to have him be maybe our 3rd best player. Maybe best passer in the league.

I agree and that's obviously noDISRESPECT to Nate but Mikko deserves his RESPECT. I liked how both players talked respectfully and appreciative of each other but I feel like you could sense Mikko was thinking; "Fuck if you want to ask so many Nate questions why didn't you ask him??"

Just another day's work. Nate, Your play on the ice will earn first star of the week and probably the month, but for that interview alone, you deserve another Lady Byng. Sakic was the last one to win the Byng and the Hart in the same year. I wouldn't get my hopes up, but...
What an absolute blessing it is to have Mac and Jokic playing in the same arena at the same time. Truly the best place to watch these sports right now is in the city of Denver. It's not gonna last, people - enjoy it while you can!
