It's actually a place of God's grace I think he's up at, but this is an amazing tribute to Jimmy Buffett.

My admiration for Mac has soared beyond words these past 6 months but especially since Sept 1st… what a solid guy- tremendous musician- but also simply a genuine gentleman. Respect. And thanks as well to Kenny, Alan & Zac. Bubbles Up 🫧
If you ever get a chance to see him live, do it. Its amazing. He has written some well known songs, and some greats that havent made it to major popularity. He is true to the singer/story tellers of the past. The whole night feels like a gathering of old friends. It was at a Mac show in Portsmouth RI that we got to see Jimmy for the last time in July.

Amazing! So thankful to see my man Alan Jackson on stage! He sounds wonderful. Amazing that he sounds so good despite his illness. He does need to stand in one place, but that is fine with me. He still sounds phenomenal! His voice is still amazing! Ready for some new music from him. He is my favorite male country artist and has been since the 90’s.
Just to see him on stage and to hear that amazing voice is the best feeling ever.
I’m sure his fans like me wouldn’t care if he sang sitting down. He stands for real Country Music and we will love him no matter how he performs.

Oh he's good, he's just getting older and with CMT disease it is very hard for us to keep our balance, our mind stays the same, but muscle cramps/foot pain/muscle weakness/and balance only get worse as we age.

You can hear the emotion in Alan Jackson’s voice from the first line he sang. He always shows so much emotion when he sings but he always hits those notes and gives an amazing performance

Who ever thought of the leaning post for Alan was a genius, I have the same disease and if you stand still you are going to lose your balance, happens to me all the time, I joke and tell folks "If I started drinking I could probably stand still and not fall over, lol". For folks like us as long as you can touch something you stay steady, you don't need it to hold you up, you just need to touch something lightly to know something concrete is there

Man I grew up close with my uncle. He was always listening to Buffet and Cash. This brings back so many memories. I love you uncle Keith and I know the party in heaven with all the parrot heads is still going.

Sitting here thinking about the first time I ever heard, "Come Monday," wondering if life will ever be that good again.
VN was sending the last of our people home; it was before Reaganomics; and if things were getting worse, at least we didn't know it yet.
To quote Bob Seger, "wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then...." Maybe being 16 had something to do with it, idk. I'm not cherishing Mayberry dreams; I know things were bad for a lot of people back then in ways that people younger than me don't even know about.
But I had hope then.
I want it back.
Met Jimmy a few times 40 years ago when I was a yacht captain none of us bothered him for a photo or an autograph he had a sailboat back then I think it couldn’t have been more than 40’ and we would invite him out to dinner on whatever yacht I was captain of to just hang out the owner of one of the boats wanted to see him in Miami I think they called it Miamarina so we got there a couple days early just to have a good spot and threw the hook (anchor) in great show quite the experience thank you Jimmy

I had always hoped that Jimmy Buffett would make another song titled "A PIRATE LOOKS AT 50 (or 60)". I went to see him in Virginia Beach, Virginia in August of 1998 which sold out in 15 minutes. Fins up Jimmy Buffett.
He's one of the only artists that continued to sell out every tour for decades. A true legend!!

I have always loved Kenny Chesney. I love his music and beach vibes. I’m a lover of water myself! His voice is amazing.He is from my home town too, Knoxville Tn!! We are lucky to of had such an amazing singer come from here!! Jimmy Buffet was such the king of the beach and ocean! His music is some of the best ever made. Sure miss him !! Guess it's not up to just you to determine what is country and what isn't 🤷🏼♀️ genres evolve and change. Today's rock music isn't the same as it was years ago.
