अप्रतिम खरेच ! उ.झाकिर हुसेन यांनी पं.राहूल देशपांडे यांचे गायनाची अती उत्तम साथ केली .खरे म्हणजे गायन वादनाची ही जुगलबंदीच ! इतकी या दोघांनी सादरीकरण केले .

Apart from the phenomenal musical treat that this is, one of the best moments is at the end when Ustad Zakir Hussain claps for Rahulji - like everyone else in the audience claps. Ustadji is a true kalakaar with a towering talent and humility to boot. He employs his tabla skills in the true spirit of accompaniment, never once trying to overshadow the singing. What a master! 🙏🙏

This life is not enough to understand this, I think we have to take second life for this... Ustad is great, Rahul ji is great we can't even understand what they are doing. Every Sur is masterpiece, people praise Van Gogh, I would say just listen to this.

Ustad Zakir Hussain is such a great tabla maestro but he is also a great performer. He can rule the stage any day but he always lets the audience know who is the main performer.

I miss the most versatile vocalist, great Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande a lot. It was a great privileged to have listened to him in this lifetime.

प्रत्येक पार्श्व गायक एवं गजल गायकों के गानों एवं गजलों को आप इतने सहज रूप में गाते हो कि आने वाले समय में इनके नाम कहीं अभिलेख में महज मूल गायक तक ही सीमित होकर न रह जावे। आपकी उत्कृष्ट गायन शैली जो कि परिष्कृत रूप में औरों पर कितना प्रभाव छोड़ती है ये तो मैं नहीं जानता, अलबत्ता मुझ पर तो यह अत्यन्त ही गहरा प्रभाव डालती है।अतः जब कभी भी किसी गजल/गाने को सुनने की मेरी प्रबल इच्छा होती है तो मैं मूल गायक का गाना न सुनकर यूट्यूब पर आपकी आवाज में गाया हुआ गाना सुनना ही पसन्द करता हूँ।चूंकि गायन के दौरान आपका मधुर कंठ,उससे निकलने वाले सुर, फिर चेहरे पर बोल के अनुरूप हाव-भाव तो मुझे अन्तर्मन तक प्रभावित कर आत्मिक संतोष प्रदान करते है उस पर गायन के दौरान भावविह्वल होकर अपने बायें कंधे को विशिष्ट अन्दाज में हिलाने वाला दृश्य जीवन में परमानन्द की प्राप्ति वाले क्षण से कम प्रतीत नहीं होता है।

This rendition surpasses his gramps and anyone who knew the capabilities of Pt. Vasantrao can appreciate the divine performance by Rahul with Pt zakir on tabla.
This is a truly complex rendition and both maestros handled it impeccably!! I dont even remember hearing harmonium in this!! Such mesmerizing was the vocal and tabala jugalbandi !! No wonder there were claps by the tabla ustaad ji himself for Rahul ji !!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍
