Is it possible to make book covers that fit the harry potter books? But inspired by wizarding textbooks like Magical Me or Unfogging the Future. Maybe 1000 Magical Herbs and Fungi. It would look super cool to have those displayed on my shelf and take it out to read every once and a while.
Love it! Such a great job. So excited to print some up! Two suggestions, if I may: Have you tried folding a sheet of 22x17 paper and running it through the printer? You might need to tape them together along the lead edge, but then you would have one sheet. Just refold the opposite way to do the inside print. Also, if you print with a laser printer there is a toner reactive foil you can use on it with an iron. It only sticks to the place where the toner is. I'm hoping to try it in the near future, myself. Only just recently found it online.

What I did was go to a fed ex office store, used a printer you operate yourself, sign into your Dropbox and upload this file. Ask for five 11x17 ‘sandstone’ paper, and print it in only black and white. Costs like 3 bucks, so worth it. Four of the pages are for the newspaper, and one is for scrap/ the strip you have to glue the front and back together with. The insert maybe on just a regular 11x17, not colored paper, and print with just black ink too, for an extra like, 80 cents.

Hey! I absolutely loved this diy! But I have a problem it’s showing it’s too big to preview and I just want to preview not completely download it..can anyone please modify it and send me the link! I would love if anyone could do that. I’m on a phone.
You can't preview it because the pdf is in a zip folder. You have to download the whole zip folder, then extract the pdf. I don't think this works well on a phone.

I once printed out the daily prophet and used it to cover my notebook because my teacher told us to use newspaper on our notes. I had no regrets 😆

If we are using the templates with the background color, would we not have to print an extra page with just the background color to use as strips?
That might work! The only issue that might come up is the texture not matching up.
