Tomorrow I'll be back with a normal USA & Canada video, stay safe!
Might want to check your video title, it's not 2021 anymore! 🙂
Need to make a hit and run compilation where the ones running get caught. It's very satisfying lol
People might be better than me but 99% of hit and run accidents I see the cammer immediately pulls over. Just bc you have a camera that caught the accident doesn’t mean your camera caught the plate or legible to read. Or even if the vehicle is stolen…
My friend car got hit last friday, he was park in our job parking lot then saw a truck back on his front bumper. His front bumper his cracked now and the truck just ran away. Here in Quebec we dont have front liscence plate so he wasn't able to take note of the truck plate. Fun fact that is my car was just next to his car when it happen, i feel bad for my friend.
@@Donniec685 I've heard people say it's better to read the license plate out loud than pull over to call the police about it.
@@tealnoise and if the vehicle is stolen??
@@Donniec685 not my problem
1:00 Okay so first of all let’s get rid of that entire first paragraph. You got mad at them tailgating you so you decided to do little cutoffs to prevent them from passing you, not all this “trying to get out their way BS”. The rest can stay.
Yeah, you take the turn and stick to the right lane. let them pass. The lane changes were way too abrupt to just be "getting out of the way".
100% agreed. There is a lot of text at the end ....none of which is necessarily fact or truth. The other driver was clearly pissed off. What did this driver do PREVIOUSLY to piss the other guy off?
Lol
Fr, also you don’t pass on the right so idk why he was thinkin of getting into the left for him to pass
Exactly, the video shows the cammer being a jerk
Never trust a video that starts with what seems like a crazy over-reaction or just craziness from someone else.
IKR.
Some people are delusional. They’re so far behind in the race they actually think they’re ahead.
@00:09 Let me fix your initial explanation. "Crazy driver is tailgating and high beaming me. So, since I have my own anger issues, rather than just stay in the right lane and accelerate slowly so the crazy idiot can get by me, I decided to stomp on the gas and block him from being able to pass me by swerving left and right while driving down the middle of both lanes effectively creating a rolling roadblock to further aggravate an adjust unhinged driver and keep him next to me . My aggressive, retaliatory driving ultimately forced me into an accident that could've easily been avoided had I just moved into the right lane and let the crazy guy past without further escalating the situation".
Then I see you go on to explain that you only stomped on the gas and wildly swerved right and left while driving down the center of both lanes because you were just trying to let him pass safely? Suuuurrreeee bud. Ultimately, he's definitely responsible for the accident insurance wise but maybe in the future, just get in the right lane and let the raging idiots pass instead of trying to become a rolling roadblock. I would be willing to bet you $10,000 you didn't show the police this video.
Agree with you 💯
I wouldn’t bet against you because that’s exactly what it looked like to me.
Largely agree. If cammer didn't use turn signals then agree 💯
Far better to have the idiots in front, that way you can see them properly to take avoidable action.
Most of these dummies think cause they have a camera everyone will agree with them. When there’s a difference between aggressive and defensive driving
0:20 I don’t believe u one bit😂. U def tried to block him off when he tried to pass u but claimed that u was tryna let him pass u. Lmao
Lmao glad I'm not the only one! I came searching for this very comment. I thought "if you were trying to get outta the way all you had to do is use ur blinkers and move...after the 1st time u 'supposedly tried to move to the left' you should've signaled right and slowed down to pull over, and gesturing to go around you then would help as well."
You gotta love the cammers. They're either obviously guilty but in denial about it, or they're obviously guilty, but trying to spin it as the victim. 🤣🤣 I've been seeing more and more where the cammer tries to claim that they were "trying to not start something and just get outta danger" while we can clearly see otherwise!
Road rage of any kind is nothing more than self-justified childish behavior while driving under the influence of impaired emotions.
15:28 Driver clearly saw the prius, have the time to flash beam but not brake lol
He was brakin the whole time he was flashing him 😂
Doesn’t matter if he saw them or not,, they’re in the wrong for making a u-turn from the right lane
@@DEEBOYGR8
Nobody is saying the Prius was in the right.
A word to all cammers. Unless you get the license plate, most of the time your video is useless. Speak the license plate into your recording or it won’t do any good. Most courts won’t accept the evidence without it. Most police departments won’t either. Stopping to help the victims while the perpetrators run only ensures that they will do it again to someone else. Get a plate, get a plate, get a plate! If your dashcam can’t get a plate, then it is pretty much useless. More expensive dashcams have autoframers that automatically read plates. Cheap dashcams are fine when the perp sticks around. You get what you pay for.
Get a Dashcam that films in 2K or 4K.
Exactly. I invested in a better quality dash cam system, it paid for itself.
the states that will do something require the plate and proof of who's driving
most times the plates will come back to a different car and police dont care unless its a accident with injuries and the car is totaled
@@44altecz thats why you would need proof of whos driving as well, but youir saying most people on the road have diff plates ?
Buddy really tried making the excuse in the first clip he was trying to get out of the way so the guy could go around
I can't be the only one who is uncomfortable with the fact that some states don't require front plates, right?
Thank God I live in a state that does.
i'm surprised that the insurance companies haven't taken action against this extreme blemish by a long shot.
i don't want to know how high the insurance damage is,
because accidents could not be attributed to the person who caused the accident and his insurance company,
or at least the accident victim is not to blame for the damage and his insurance is more expensive as a result.
Mine dont I love it I hate front plates
I can't tag both of you above me but I understand both
@@chynadaniels4744 yeah, there's less chance of you getting caught for shitty driving.
6:00 Why are you stopping in the fast lane? Pull the fuck over...

@ 6:25 it says the orange dodge just drove away but I can't see any contact from that car in the clip so I fail to see why they would stop.
that is what I was thinking.. I didn't see them make contact.... why was the orange vehicle called out for, they didn't do anything.
My exact thought. I had to go back to see if anything happened with the orange dodge. But nothing! So I’m confused why they were even called out
You can see the back sides of their cars hit each other from how the white car moves
@@Capazon I still don't see contact after rewatcing it several times and can't see any damage or paint transfer on the dodge but the way the white car moves is due to him jumping the curb.

Even if you have a dashcam, ALWAYS read out the offender's license plates, and if you can also the make and model of the vehicle!
It still doesn’t help. If you are at fault in an accident, always always always leave the scene. You’ll never get caught.
@@johnnyquest9519 Or, as an alternative, you could, well... not be a garbage human being and accept the consequences of your actions. as a Motorcycle rider, these kind of actions are appalling
Awesome vids as usual
9:30 why is the guy walking down the street recording video? Was he looking for an incident with the car was trying to pull out?
I've seen a lot of videos of YTer recording themselves walking and talking. Could have been doing something like that.
Thanks bro for uploaded new video
If the owner of the car says it wasn't them and they didn't report it stolen, either they're lying, or let someone else drive and is covering for the. Owner should be 100% responsible in those cases unless they can prove they weren't driving and the vehicle was stolen. Too many liars these days.
Yeah, can't have it both ways. If they weren't driving it but it wasn't stolen, they know who drove it and need to own up.
"Unauthorized use" is a valid claim, and it seems to work quite well when you are leaving your third bar with your drunk boss, hand your keys to your drunk buddy (with a history of DUI, driving under suspension, currently suspended, on probation, with multiple violations of probation on record - for driving under suspension) and specifically tell him you're giving him the keys so he can meet you at an after-party because you're too drunk yourself to drive your car, so he leaves the third bar drunker than he was when you left, speeds in a school zone, engages police in pursuit, speeds through a hospital zone, swerves into the oncoming lane to run a red light, crashes into an innocent driver in the driver's fender at speeds between 80-100 mph, bails on foot, leaves your boss' 20-year-old son (drinking underage at the bars with y'all) trapped in the passenger seat, calls you for a ride home, you ask your boss to bring you both home (he's ALSO driving drunk), and after you get home you finally answer your phone because the police want you to come down to answer some questions about the hit-and-run your car was involved in an hour ago. Now, you have to wake your dad up and ask him to bring you 25 minutes away because you a) need a car to get there, and b) can't show up to the scene drunk if you just take Dad's car by yourself.
There is a "thing" called Implied Consent. If you hand your car keys to someone, and a car REQUIRES your keys in order to be driven, you are _implying_ that you've given _consent_ to operate the vehicle. There is also a "thing" called Insurance Fraud. If you give a fraudulent statement to insurance in order to avoid responsibility, that's a crime as well. 🤷♂
Unauthorized use saves you from having to pay higher premiums, and saves the insurance company from paying out to the victim. "Win-win" for everyone involved, right? 😆
If the oddly-specific scenario above seems too-weird-to-be-true, wellll... I was the victim of that exact scenario in 2011. (🎵Like a bad neighbor, State Farm don't care!" 🎶) If you think they cared that their client gave them a statement that dramatically contradicts the statement he gave police, you're wrong! Because of "unauthorized use" of the vehicle, they denied the claim, and I had to file under my Uninsured Motorist coverage.
That was the tip of the iceberg in all the drama and BS from that one accident, actually. It gets much worse, but I've blabbed on way too much as it is. Maybe one day I'll put out an entire video about it, it's quite the rabbit hole to descend.
Here in the UK if a vehicle is involved in an accident and the owner of the vehicle says he/she wasn't the driver at the time of the accident then they must tell the police who was the driver. Failure to do so is a criminal offence with a hefty fine.
13:47 You steered into the pickup, so you're just as bad as the other guy
The insurance made the truck driver pay for the damages...
So what does that tell you?
It tells you that the truck was doing an illegal maneuver, and was fully responsible.
Yeah, definitely should've been driving more defensive. I get the truck blew past the right turn only but I can't imagine not checking before lane changing even then.
@@classyviper1one I don't want to defend what the truck did. One wrong by a party doesn't remove all responsibility of the other party. The car still is required to verify lane is clear prior to entering said lane. Insurance companies aren't the arbiters of right/wrong either. The claim was likely resolved by the truck's insurance because rather than fight the pay out they probably dropped them as a customer (or effectively done so by making the rate outrageous) as a result of the illegal act you're referring to.
@@nealsmith1649
Zero cost (negative consequences) to the car means zero responsibility.
Also, insurance companies are 100% the arbiters of right and wrong when it determines the consequences.
@@nealsmith1649 There was no lane change.
WOAH BRO IM HERE EARLY. sick vids man
in my opinion,
someone who records an accident with their dashcam should see it as their duty to contact the victim of the accident,
so that at least, even if the person who caused the accident cannot be found,
the victim does not have to bear the costs or his insurance does not become more expensive will.
what you do not want, what is done to you, do not do to others.
you would also hope or expect that if you were involved in an accident through no fault of your own,
others would make their data available to you so that the accident could be clarified.
I don't really know what was going on with the first guy but I think he's the same guy who wrote "War and Peace"
🤣
😀 His own version would be "Making War and Gaslighting Peace" !
I like how ot was the best of 2021 videos and yet, nearly every single clip was from 2022 LOL
? The title says 2022
@@tylerz7034 it said 2021 5 hours ago, he obviously changed it.
8:00 I still don’t get how that’s a thing. Like the bill should just be sent to whoever the registered owner is then. It’s their truck, they should have to take responsibility even if they “lent it out” and their “friend” doesn’t want to give up insurance info
That's how it works where I live. My little brothered borrowed my older brother's truck & hit another vehicle. My older brother's insurance had to pay & was penalized for little brother driving the truck while not being an authorized user on the vehicle's insurance.
That is how it works here. If you are the registered owner of the vehicle, no matter who is driving (unless it is stolen or something) they come knocking on your door in case of an accident or tickets, etc. You are the owner, you are responsible for its use.
Road rage can escalate quickly, especially when brake checking is involved. Let's all strive for patience and restraint on the road.
One thing I learned from watching these videos is car companies made a mistake when they started putting on plastic bumpers that are the same color as the car. Now one little bump on a bumper that used to be designed to laugh at low speed collisions is a $3-$5k repair bill.
It's not the BUMPER cover itself, but all the crazy ass sensors that make it cost a bundle. Look at the price of the GM multi-function tailgates which LISTS as a $995 option but they can cost as much as $3,000 to replace while a REGULAR tailgate INSTALLED might cost $600 or less.
I love the song on the first video perfect song for what's happening 🤣
There were hella crazy drivers on the road today!
Never walk in front of a turning vehicle. Never walk behind a reversing vehicle.
The guy dropt his leaf blower 😂
The amount of hit and runs is very disturbing! It will probably increase too as prices on everything continue to rise with more and more people driving uninsured. There needs to be more severe penalty's for the ones caught in every state. Automatic license revocation for at least 1 yr. for starter's.
Or they could just lower the price for the insurance, so that people working paycheck to paycheck can actually afford to cover their own ass.
@@classyviper1one There is, it's called "liability only" but good luck getting covered for the asshats who are UNINSURED because they think they don't need car insurance.

Crazy to believe there are still many Hondas and Toyotas on the road that were old enough to have cassette deck when they were new.
That is not surprising at all to anyone who owned/ currently owns a Japanese vehicle with a factory-installed cassette deck, like me with my 99 Pathfinder. They are generally well-built vehicles made from good quality components, that are relatively easy to work on, with lots of affordable OEM parts available, plus a thriving aftermarket that is actually endorsed and even embraced by the manufacturers. Pretty much all Japanese cars built before the early 2000s had a reputation for longevity and endurance. In the eighties and nineties, Toyota ran an extensive series of commercials with actual Toyota owners who had decades-old vehicles with hundreds of thousands and even millions (!!!) of miles, emphasizing how long running and long lasting their vehicles were. I would not be surprised if every one of the vehicles featured in those commercials is still running to this day.
13:23 the H3H3 in the back is the best part
In that first clip, I woulda taken the door, also, I love how they could’ve just gone around in the left lane that was clear, but instead decided to take the shoulder and side swiped the cammer. Like okay 😂 thanks to this channel for making me a better driver.
Just to add before anyone gets heated, I live in a crap area where a lot of car jackings take place. So driving into them and taking out the door is a viable strategy. Some people pull out then open doors and try to swarm cars. I saw it happen last time it snowed.
@09:30 This driver needs to look right but as a word to the wise... If you're walking or riding a bike against traffic and come up on a situation like this, it's always a good idea to either wait, go around the back of the vehicle or at least make sure you make eye contact with the driver so that you know, they know you're there! They will usually only be looking the direction that the traffic is coming from, trying to find an opening and often neglect to ensure that their right side is also clear.
I learned this the hard way as I was riding my bike against traffic as a kid (the way I was taught so that I could see what oncoming cars were doing) as fast as I could. I came to almost this same exact scenario, a pickup truck pulling out of a parking lot and just as I got to him he pulled out. I flew over my handlebars, landed in the bed, got a concussion, broke my wrist and my thumb plus needed a couple stitches. Plus my bike a nice Trek was pretty smashed up. Now, I always follow my advice above and have passed it onto my kiddo as well.
Very good advice! Always keep your eyes on the driver because if they haven't turned back and looked at you, then expect them to move the moment you get in front of them. Either wait for eye contact like you said or walk around the back of their car if you don't want to wait.
Nothing about that video sits right with me. If he was on a bicycle he's not supposed to be on the sidewalk. If he's a pedestrian, why is he out walking around with his phone already recording, and walking so slowly while doing either? Sorry but that looks like a setup to me
@@dcsteve7869 I was wondering the same about the recording. Who just records themselves walking around town?
@@thatsfunny7729 Guy who jump in front of cars to get a payout from insurance.
@The Aussie Family Well, in all fairness my friend, I fully agree with you that this guy should've made sure that they knew he was there before walking in front of the car but here in America, at least in most states, unfortunately pedestrians ALWAYS have the right of way. It is stupid because it creates a culture of mouth breathers that can't even be bothered to look before crossing a street or walking in front of you in a parking lot. I think the laws could be written to make much more sense.
Here where I live, if you see a pedestrian standing at any intersection you have to give way, crosswalk or not and they will even do sting operations where they will send plain clothed officers out and have them just stand on a corner and walk back and forth across the road all day and anyone who doesn't stop and let them cross gets a ticket. Oh, and another one that gets me is that let's say there is an intersection with a crosswalk and 4 or 6 lanes of traffic, 2-3 each direction. If a pedestrian crosses, we have to wait until they are completely out of the crosswalk before we can make our turn. Even though he clears the first lane in two seconds, we have to sit there and wait until he's 30 meters away completely clear off the intersection to turn. Lots of bs laws.
After watching this video I was so intrigued to hear that some of the victims got what they asked for in a good way and I need to buy a dashcam.
One improvement take away is that EVERY vehicle should have a front license plate bracket with a license plate installed ....and that should be the LAW ....no ifs and or buts.
Someone said "front plates are not required in Florida". I don't know if that is correct or not or simply one of those things people say ....but if it is true, that needs to be changed.

The cops will do absolutely NOTHING about this.
I have had the opportunity to get a few incidents on video here in Vegas (all were felony hit-and-runs), and I offered a video copy. No one ever responded. The victims in these cases are pretty much left to fend for themselves.
Ya but if you do and the cops get involved then you’re the aggressor

@The Aussie Family oh wow
@The Aussie Family Same here in the UK - never understood why it's not a law everywhere.
HA! Florida bro 😂, I worked with facial recognition before that’s not a clear enough image even if you wanted to cross ref something and that’s not how FR works, you need a data base in order to cross ref an image, especially for law enforcement accuracy. Using an F’ed image like that could get the wrong person locked up.
I can't take people seriously when they "fear for their life" in confrontational situations, especially cops. Take self defense or stay in the house. The world isnt all sunshine and rainbows, there are dangers. If you don't want to prepare for them, then stay at home. Really gets under my skin. As someone who was bullied for years in school, I decided to take matters in my own hands and learn to defend myself. This world is all about stepping up or getting stepped on, quit being a fragile little ball of weakness.
Have you seen how many people in these comments section love to talk about how they would love to pull out their concealed weapon in a situation like this? I'd take off too!. People are fucking nuts and looking for a reason to get their gun off. They also know if you're dead they can make up whatever story they want to go free.
How are front plates not mandatory?
First clip
So because they were all up on your nuts, you wanted to play tough guy and block them from passing
1:55 - Thumbs up for the Mountain
I'm curious to know that song that's playing in the first clip
Edit: found it lol OmenXIII - LED, never heard of him but this shit slaps.
I find it quite hilarious how many people don't know what a yield sign means when they come to a traffic circle
And they passed their driver's tests!🤨
I feel like the 1st clip the dude with the dash cam did some thing to the other driver b4 they hit record. Just saying.
Sometimes people like to only show part of the video where it benefits them.
That asian dude shouldn't be door dashing. Fuck that my food'll get cold 🥶
It is always such a bummer to see the number of hit and run incidents. What happened to honesty and integrity.
Why doesnt fl have front plates
the amount of people who dont chase hit and run drivers is astounding. unless your car is out of commission, always follow them until a cop meets you in the chase, otherwise they wont even try.
1:32 Calm down, no one is going to jail. Assuming someone filed a police report, the most the cops can do is talk to the registered owner, who'll likely deny he was driving. Thar goes for most hit and runs.
How many people agree that front plates should be mandatory?
Front and rear.
Both, definitely.
People who hit and run and actually get away frustrate me. I get so pissed off
I get pissed off when someone hits me and the insurance doesn't pay. That's worse in my opinion. My dad was sandwich at a red light by a girl texting, he still has neck issues 5 years later. Insurance totaled my dad's truck, chose not to award him a replacement vehicle but the chick who hit him got one. I'd rather have a hit and run occur, then there is an actual reason why I'm not getting reimbursed.
6:10 if someone is clearly running why do you continue to stop? Go get that license plate and description of the person. A lot of the time these cameras don't catch that shit.
I guess to see if the other guy was not injured I'm assuming?
@@ITBOILSMYBLOOD No, the person who got hit just stops while the person who hit them doesn't. Blows my mind.
@@nvrdwn3140 Sorry, I confused this particular clip for the one people complained the cammer failed to offer footage to the victim of the hit and run driver who I assumed stopped to check on their well being. But 6:10 does not shock me. By the way it looks, the asshat wanted a payout and most likely told their insurance company the other car was driving erratically and took off. Good luck, better hope insurance does NOT find out the asshat lied because the insurance policy will be dropped and SR22 will be instated for thousands per year!
Need to make a video where the driver get make and actually rage against each other in stead of hit n runs
Is there a fine for hit and runs in usa?
@01:54 Are you SURE they sideswiped you? I have watched this 3 times now and I can't see either car move as if they impacted and on top of that it doesn't look like he was anywhere near close enough to have impacted your vehicle.
Just a word to the wise, if you think that catching a near miss on video is a good way to get some body damage fixed so you submit a video like this to get it covered, you might want to think twice. You're playing with fire as they can and usually will use professional evaluators to ensure the video matches the story and if it doesn't, that's a great way to catch insurance fraud charges.
I'm not saying that's what happened here for sure but it does happen quite a bit. This video made me think of it as it doesn't look like they actually touched. You usually know beyond the shadow of a doubt if you make contact with another passenger car.
I even took it a step further, I went and slowed it down and watched this frame by frame. There is no contact between you and the other vehicle. You can see his front bumper the entire time and the only portion of his vehicle that gets even slightly close (still not close enough to contact) is his rear quarter panel. You can clearly see towards the end of the video that his rear quarter panel does not have a single scratch on it. These two cars never made contact. The reason you didn't realize you collided then, (nor did he) is because it didn't happen. In a small passenger car like this, you would've definitely felt and heard it.
If you actually have scratches, perhaps someone hit you in the parking lot while you were inside a store or something? You may want to ask if the places you were that day have any video. However, trying to blame it on this guy will not turn out well. I would personally advise against trying to go after him since the video evidence pretty clearly shows there was no way you guys contacted eachothers vehicles. The video, combined with the fact that neither of you even noticed a collision makes that pretty clear.
You've got a lot of words to the wise. Unfortunately, it's the stupid that need them in these videos. Some of them with 4 letters.
@@thatsfunny7729 You may have a point but if both vehicles traded paint, it's a done deal.
@@ITBOILSMYBLOOD true. But I can't see any imperfections on the test quarter panel of the other car and I certainly can't see anything in this video that indicates they made any contact.
@@thatsfunny7729 True, but that IS rather hard to see that even on a 4K dashcam. At any rate, drivers should not blindly cut across lanes like that.
Pain and suffering lmao that ain't gonna work with judge Judy just bc of a car accident
3:20 Cvt magic
@dashcam lessons . You keep posting the same videos in the different groups . I saw those 1000 times
This goes to show if you're in ANY accident, get the other person's plate. driver license numbers, insurance information and the names and phone numbers of ANYONE you think saw the loss take place. NEVER assume they'll agree they caused the accident later on. That's 20 years of handling insurance auto claims speaking
I regret selling my Accord that second clip made me mad
Good cars
I love it when these cammers chase somebody at 60 mph through a residential area, all because their precious car got a boo-boo!
At like 31 seconds, you see him start to go back to the right it looks like. If so, he lied to insurance as well.
13:20 Hell yeah, H3 Podcast
Hey people FYI on ROUND A BOUTS you are required to use your signals to indicate if you are staying IN or leaving.
Yeah and everybody entering a roundabout should be yielding.
2:04 it doesn’t matter what the lane marking is, you are in pursuit of an offender
PEOPLE FAIL TO REALIZE THAT THE PHONES IN THEIR HANDS HAS A BETTER PICTURE QUALITY
@4:20 location is Florida. Why am I not surprised?
No front plate is a big problem. It often allows bad drivers to run away without consequences.
7:52 .where I live to drive a car you have to have insurance. If I lend my car, the person who borrows it is automatically insured. Here, who drives should not be discussed.
I totally saw that.
1:16 guy on news radio says wild ride almost at same time the guy hit the VW
I was hit awhile back in my `1972 Bronco that I restored and put a lot of work into. The other driver couldn't take off but he had no license, no insurance was here illegally. Cops let him go because they didn't want to deal with the illegal part. I ended up staying there for about an hour more than he did and had to go through all the hassle. Does anyone know how I can become illegal? I want to have those same benefits.
Cant believe how many hit and runs there is. Its kinda sickening
YOOOOOO OMENXIII IS PLAYING IN THE FIRST CLIP, WHAT A FUCKING G
