Two ducks marinated with a custom poultry spice blend smoked for around 6 hours.
2-tsp sea salt
2-tsp chef salt
2-tsp garlic salt
2-tsp garlic powder
2-tsp onion powder
2-tsp smoked paprika/sweet paprika
2-tsp tarragon
2-tsp marjoram
2-tsp thyme
2-tsp black pepper
1- bag brown sugar
2-tsp oregano
2-tsp poultry seasoning

When I first saw you cook it was like God was giving me a sign; you could teach me how to save my son. I watched all your shows. We threw away all of our frozen food 3 years ago and starting building meals from your recipes. I incorporated everything I've learned from you into my kitchen breaking old habits. I'm not as amazing as you yet. Now my fridge has meat, vegetables and dairy only. No frozen dinners or hot pockets and fast food is old news. Once I started cooking homemade food for lunches and dinners his blood sugar started stabilizing. His average blood sugar is 181 and I just want to thank you from deep in my heart. I've also lost 87 pounds since due to just eating good food. You inspire me. God bless you and your family.
