With school coming up for most of you guys in about 1-2 months i thought i should share what made me feel MY best this past school year.

omgosh tysm for not just saying ‘be confident’ and actually giving steps to help be confident! that’s usually my biggest annoyance with these videos is they just say things like ‘act more confident’ but don’t give any actual advice to help with that! tysm for this!! also u are so pretty !!

Done with hs but not school. Strongly agree on being active. It's not about looking a certain way but you just have so much more energy when teenage years are so draining. I dreaded hs during my last 2 years as my social life fell off due to my home life but working out everyday was truly when i was happy. Also, if you don't "glow up" in highschool, it doesn't matter. Join clubs, make friends, be brave and say what you want to say. Work on your confidence and happiness rather than trying to fit into a box. That's what i did after hs and any physical results were a byproduct of it.

Something that helps me with confidence is taking drama or musical theatre classes. It gives you practice for speaking in front of audiences for presentations and made me more confident in general.

over the summer i've been seeing a personal trainer, i saw a dermatologist, and have been trying to prepare for school. I do not feel glowed up, the most important part is a mental glow up, you have to feel different in your mind too.
