This is actually true. Nobody is appreciating the perks of jobs. The biggest advantage I see in job is 9:00 baje jao kaam karo 5:00 aake free ho jao....koi tension hi nahi. No risk. Kuch bhi problem ho work me to direct boss se baat karo. Think about it you are not directly responsible to your clients or customers, kuch bhi ho boss Ko thamado 😁

I have seen same example in small businesses nearby, ek locality pe ek new shop khulti h, say mobile repair ki and ache se chal jaati h... within a year uske sath 2-3 aur log same shop khol lenge and uske baad its highly uncertain k 1st wale person ki shop ache se chalegi ya kisi new person ki and worst part is customers will get devided and no one will get the expected ROI. Here being ur own boss and having no one to order u like motivational quotes become useless

What about profession??
My plan is to first do a job for first 5-10 years. Get industry experience and improve on skills and other knowledge needed for a business. That way even if my business fails, I have work experience with a degree to apply for a job. Always have a Plan B before starting a business.
