On the slide at 1:09:10 it is not clear how you get D(ABmax) as 0.138. By the formula you provide it should be 0.324-0.138 = 0.186, correct? And also, which specific Obs-Expected deviation are you using as D in this instance, to derive D' = 51%? The value D' = 51% works if you specifically apply it to the Expected and Observed values for Haplotype 10 without considering Haplotype 01. It is not clear why you would do this, is it only because (in your table) you do not see much of a deviation between Obs and Expected for Haplotype 01?
