LOL I was the warlock it was so funny in that moment, I saw him turn the corner with rush active and knew he was about that action before he even voiped, I was not apart of the PDR fighter and Barbarain train that was moving along the map so it was funny seeing Repozes prospective and seeing what I missed they literally conga lined around the map😂Deadass camping red static on bridge and 4 dudes ran by me with their hands up like what, Glad repoze killed some and slayed me too. Should've just kept static camping but I saw the body there and wanted a piece of it😂 Literally 4 men a bard 2 PDR fighters and a barb like wtf😂 when repoze saw the hydra and said "Oh a battle?" That was just me in zone healing up lol

"amongus" lobby is 100% the way to go in solos. You have to think of solos as everyone both against each other and with each other at the same time. Don't be afraid to use people until it's the right time to betray them. You have to be smart about PvP, especially in Ruins where any obvious aggression will immediately turn into a 1vX. If you see any melee who doesn't immediately spam squats or use voice - let a mob tap you once then tell the next guy you see that he's attacking people. You don't even have to follow back and try to 3rd party - just having some of the lobby tied up in a _different_ scrap is all you need to make a discreet kill the other side of the map. Sometimes it just needs one madlad to get the PvP going and in the confusion everyone just ends up attacking each other. I had 2 guys enter a room in GC through different doors right after I made a kill and hid in a corner - they saw the corpse and immediately attacked eachother. This is honestly the way we should play solos unless IM implement changes to inorganically disincentivize teaming in solo lobbies. Sow fear and mistrust until teaming becomes not worth the risk.

1:29 If you switch to torch then holster or just switch to torch, it's much faster than trying to holster a crossbow and you won't lose any movement speed after the jump. They may have patched this; I haven't played in a long time.

I'm a new player and this teaming thing has been kind of a pain in the ass.. I can't learn much about how to PVP without getting dog piled immediately.. or for really no reason at all. It seems like if you play any class besides fighter or cleric people treat you like criminal scum too.

Great showcase, but Ironmace really needs to find a way to tone down the throwables and ranged meta. It's pretty ridiculous how many of them you're allowed to bring into a match, and it devolves melee classes into throwing weapons, kiting, and who brought more franciscas, which is the exact reason I don't play games like tarkov. Let me play melee in my fantasy melee dungeon-crawler game without dying to literally every other melee class that decided to bring in more throwing axes than me.
I personally don't mind the rampant friendliness going on in solo HR lobbies, but I can understand why players that want PvP get annoyed at it. I still think that PvP kills need player specific AP rewards. Something like AP based on their loot, gear their wearing, or adventurer rank, but it needs to make more skilled/higher ranked players worth more points to kill, while not encourage spawn rushing. IMO, an AP bonus of a percentage of the loot they've found, or a positive multiplier on the total AP you gain in a raid would go a long way toward making PvP more viable.
