Sir fire fighting system Mai ik valve se dusry valve tak Kitna distance hona chayie. Like zcv ke case Mai ya pump installation Mai.

Suction me osY valve with tamper switch lagana hai so 10d ke bad lagayenge ya centre me laga sakate hai
You can install OS&Y at any point but 10D is must.

Also, what are major differeces between UL/FM listed valves/fittings and non UL/FM listed valve/fittings. I am asking as at one of the site, contractor was trying to put a non UL/FM listed isolation valve along with an external fire hydrant and was mentoning that their is no big difference..can you plz elaborate?

"Siamese connection" zyada hoses ko ek sath paani supply karne ke liye hota hai jabki "breaching inlet" building ke andar ya paas water supply ko facilitate karne ke liye hota hai.
Assalam O Allikum....is their any clause in NFPA (or a common practice) which indicates that plant room shud not have any columnns ( to avoid any hinderance in piping)?

Distance between flow meter to valve
That minimum distance is in reference to the length minimum of STRAIGHT pipe, as based on 2 or 5 diameters of pipe before and after the flow meter.
