Sheriff Washington oversees Wayne County, which has an estimated 1,743,396 residents. The sheriff bears the ultimate accountability. The anonymous individual who exposed Sheriff Washington and the "pay to play" deserves recognition for his bravery. This person has shown real guts in coming forward to expose such corruption, and we should respect him for that. Nor will he be the last to be involved in this "pay to play" , in my opinion. The sheriff must have done something really bad to provoke this man to come forward and expose him. We need to respect the anonymous man for coming forward, or we would never know about all this.
