This pestilence is God's punishment for our sins (democracy, patriotism, nationalism, populism, Brexit, right wing political thinking). It's spread cannot be explained by science but rather the judging hand of the almighty who casts his shadow over the uncontrite. The unrighteous are getting what a life of sin deserves for no sin goes without it's vengeance. To quote Frollo from the Disney film Hunchback of Notre Dame: 'I am a rigtheous man and of my virtue I am justly proud' - I am a God fearing man, I go to church, read scripture divine, I refuse to read newspapers and avoid the media, I remain apolitical for there is separation between Church and state and I am with Christ's church utterly for 'a slave cannot have two masters' thus I have never once committed the sin of voting. I have nothing to fear from God's judgement for he will find no fault with me and I shall not contract his plague for I have placed my faith in Christ. I encourage all to do the same. God have mercy on you. God has already spared me. Believe or be cast into the fire. Amen.

Star Dragon “You are not poor”
Compared to who? A North Korean? That’s not how we define poverty.
      “Prove it”
No problem. This is the report I had in mind when I made my comment. I read it back in 2013, however I can’t imagine the situation has improved any.
In the 2011-12 period, the amount of earnings before a household was said to be in poverty was £128 a week for a single adult; £172 for a single parent with one child; £220 for a couple with no children, and £357 for a couple with two children.
Assessing Department for Work and Pensions figures, the report's authors found working adults without dependent children were the most likely group to be living in poverty.

      @Bucketheadhead Před 4 lety +1

Star Dragon There is a “we” you ignorant buffoon. That “we” is the United Kingdom. When did I define poverty as inequality? Can you read properly? Show me where I said poverty = inequality. Quote me.
I did not say that the 2011-12 definition of a household in poverty was proof of there being more employed families in poverty than unemployed. Are you a moron? I was informing you of how poverty is defined in the United Kingdom. It’s not your absurdly simplistic definition of not having a home, food, or electricity. Only a person starving to death lives in poverty? Utterly preposterous.
The evidence of what I said regarding the rise of poverty in working families was contained within the report I referred you to. That’s how we prove things, we cite sources. Go and read it again; you might learn something. I doubt it though.
See if you can comprehend this. More evidence for you.

They aren't "hero's". They work or they go home with nothing...they signed up for a job so its part of working hourly. Part of life. True heros are those retired wanting to help medical places working for free and expose themselves for the love of people. Grocery workers work fir the check like anyone of us do or we end up broke. Heros are ones willing to die for others without expecting anything in return. I was a grocery worker for 7 years...so i can speak fir those that do this job....they do it for the check....just like uber and lyft drivers that dont get paid if they dont drive and risk harm. Hell lyft and uber drivers are more closer to heros; they are forced to work or they ho broke instantly. They dont get workers compensation ect. They dont even get paid sick leave. They are truly struggling now cause nobody wants to work. I spoke to one last week and he said he waited at airport all day for only 4 rides for nearly 14 hours and got paid less than 40$. He said nobody wants to travel or request rides anymore. Everybody wants delivery rides making it very hard to get request as a uber or lyft rider cause every rideshare driver doing it. Those uber and lyft drivers are hurting the most ...they dont get rides they go broke...but really 14 hours for $32 bucks mainly just waiting???? And you say grocery workers that got FULL BENEFITS are the real heros? Lol they guaranteed money if they go sick and got lots of benefits. Uber and lyft drivers deserve more praise

99% of all forms of life have become extinct yet here we are on a planet full of life so we and the rest of the things we see is 1 % of what has existed.
If you cant work out that nothing dies it just changes from the current information please feel free to continue to crack on stressing out placing importance on things of no real importance.
I personally believe that a billion or more years of whatever it is doing keeping life going seems to have what needs to happen well under control.
As opposed to a few hundred years of studying and experimenting to find out the truth in an effort to become God's or rather thier idea of Gods and look at the thousands of gods man kind has created in his imagination?.. In essence we all already gods we do not have to do anything just live as humans they just want attention like anyone does.
If the entire human race died tomorrow what would be the concern then?
there's no brain or nervous system to receive information it's gone so what the hell is to worry about theres no suffering after this no heaven hell its a recycling unit the energy that goes is used to create something else that's how it is and always has been.
Since when has death become a problem it's absolutely essential to life everything is born and everything dies what sort of lunatic thinks anything different?
    It's insanity.
Stop stressing out and fictionalizing reality with concepts.

Amen.

Jesus Chist shed His holy blood on that cross for you. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. The punishment for sin is death and without being washed clean in Jesus's blood you will die in your sins. But Jesus came to save usif we repent and turn back to Him. Ask Him for forgiveness and He will give you strength to turn your life around. Jesus is alive, He rose from the dead in His glorified body. He will hear you, just seek and you will find.
