- Today Dr. Veda will be performing your cognitive assessment using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test. This soft spoken roleplay will include a variety of tests to assess your cognitive functioning.
Unfortunately I am having some microphone issues and one of my microphones decided to quit about halfway through. The audio will switch to mono at that point, but I don't think it ruins the quality of the video. :)

🫡 Whatsup Veda, I have premium. So I don't get any Ads, was wondering how that would affect how they monetize the youtube creators for their vids/ views. Is it better to have premium members or subscribers who view Ads? I saw your last book club vid with Eliza, and heard how youtube keeps 40-60% of donations, wow i wasnt aware of the amount😵💫😟

@@tonytostadaHi Tony!! This year has really flown by. I get about 17% of my revenue from premium vs. ads. Based on my totally random guess of how many people might have premium, it seems like premium actually pays quite a bit more than ads. I looked it up out of curiosity, and google seems to agree. Hope you’ve been well!!

I've been doing good. My brother passing has made me realize many things. I've been busy organizing, at one point I was subscribed to over 2300 channels on youtube, now it's around 45 channels. Ive been talking to people, and what I keep hearing is keep things/ do stuff that bring value into your life, get rid of the things that take away value. Asmr definitely brings value to my 😴 sleep! 😁
What a year though for you, it seems like you did less vids this year, I think if I remember it was because of the new house move in. I hope your enjoying the new location, neighbors, shopping, dog parks.

Someone posted on another channel that if you jump to the end of the video then watch the ad, you can hit "replay" and the ad won't appear again at the end of the second playthrough. No idea if it works, (I have Premium) but if someone wants to try it...?

I love the inclusion of the sounds the patient would make like the white board. It’s so immersive that’s my favorite type of ASMR. You are my all time favorite ASMRtist. ❤
I did a neuropsychology unit this last semester and it was super cool to see a lot of the tests we discussed in this! Always love your videos Veda, you have such a warm, gentle and kind vibe to you that works perfectly for asmr. Also, the hair is looking extra glorious here!

I spent a few weeks in a psych ward recently and they gave me this test before they let me go. I was very very sedated but they said they’d never seen anyone do the subtracting by 7 part so fast. the mind works in mysterious ways
