Something tells me he hasn't been calling the majority of the kids for their birthdays. So now Makelti is getting to feel what the other kids have been feeling for years.
At some point people just have to be willing to admit that Cody and Robin are just not good people.

Nahh, Robyn definitely could have called to wish her a happy birthday. She was close with Mykelti when they needed her for information about Christine leaving & which adult kids Christine was confiding in about leaving. Kody was always going to use Mykelti until he didn’t need her anymore. He excommunicated the OGBrown children from his life and Robyn supports him.

It’s easier just to let Robin do her thing and that he just goes about his life thinking about nothing other than putting on his gloves, riding his 4 wheeler, or driving aimlessly in his little white sports car. Not sure if he has access to Goose poop pond, but if he does he might swim in his Peter Proud’s or try to fish in this mud hole that was never stocked.

@@terristeinback6801LOL trying to picture Kody dipping in the mud & prairie dog poop infested run off pond. Coyote pass is infested with prairie dog poop. The land is contaminated. With all the money, kody could have a built-in pool behind or next to the mansion.

Gabe sobbed because his father forgot his birthday and didn’t show him the fatherly love he needed. This should be an important year, for all of them.

We found out from Jen that Robyn would promise things to do with Meri but then never call her or even do a quick lunch with her. Meri was her only supporter and she treated her like shit. I know for a fact they knew it was her birthday. I bet you one of Robyns kids said something about it and they just shrugged it off. Kody is a wretched human being. Im sure he blames anything and everything that happened with Garrison on Janelle.
I might add . Imo Christine is a holder of siblings birthday information . I think also she was the party planner of the Brown's celebrations . Kody&Robyn and the others needed to do is show up to whatever party was planned.

If you thinking they forgot u are mistaken. They made the choice of not calling. That's what they do! That's why when everyone kept cutting Kody some slack for Garrison death I didn't. He is partially responsible for his trauma if not all, and Kody just keep on going abusing and neglecting his children. He doesn't deserve my compassion and he has none to his bio family. Yes I have missed the birthday day itself here and there when u busy but never ever ever once forgot a birthday. And at least a phone call was made the day after.

When I wa 18 my mom suddenly died under suspicious circumstances. We believe my "dad" and his side 🤬 had something to do with it. I am 5 and 7 years younger then my sisters. Who were married and living their own lives. My abusive alcoholic "dad" had convinced his side of the family and my oldest sister, that I killed my mom (although I wasn't even home at the time.) Who was the world to me!!! I would always say, I didnt know what I would do if I lost her. Anyway I got married at 20. Refused to allow my sperm donor to have any part of it. My oldest sister would not allow my niece and nephew be any part of it, unless I let "her dad" come! Now mind you, when my mom passed, her and I were the ones who took care of my young nephew. From birth to almost 2, when she died. So of course I was devastated by this. Many years later, after I had my first 2 kids, my mom's dad passed. We all came together for our grandma. My sister and I spoke for the first time in 11 years. I forgave her for what she did and said to me in the past. That was pretty much the last time we spoke and saw each other. She hasn't even acknowledged my youngest who I named after our mom and grandmother! I'm assuming she still resents me for "killing our mom, and not inviting her daddy to my wedding!" Oh well I tried, honestly I dont need her or her kids in my life. I chose to focus on MY FAMILY! And the person who got me out of that toxic environment in the first place. My then boyfriend and now husband of 30 years! Some relationships just cant be mended. Even if the one trying was actually the victim!! Sorry to go on and on. I just felt the urge, to share my experience regarding the topic.

I was 3 when my older sisters left home. Grown. Still remained my best friends until the last one died 5 years ago. I miss them so much.
I had a memorial service for my mom this weekend. I am very very sorry for your loss and sadness, but like you said, it is a time to reflect on the person you want to be and to mend familial relationships if you can.

I am so sorry for your loss.I was about your age when my mum passed away.I know how hard and paintfull it is to lose a parent.A death in the family can bring siblings closer or create more distance.My younger sister(she is 14 years younger than me) and I really became much closer after our parents died.My brother and I more distant.I hope the Brown children will grow closer and support each other.

Sorry for your loss. 😢 i know it's hard losing you mom. I was glad to have mine till 2016, when she was almost 90. Im the youngest of 6 girls. We lost our oldest sister in 2012, and we started getting together more often, cause we never know when will be the last time you get together.
