The green ones we call courgettes in the UK not sure if the taste is the same as the yellow spaghetti squash can you not grate and make a chocolate courgette cake but use your yellow squash instead ? Also are you still plant. Asked as I noticed all the sugar in the pickling process ?
The Millers have never been plant based. They have always eaten a lot of processed foods. Gabriel won't even touch a vegetable unless it's been boiled down to mush and all of the nutritional value is lost. Since the beginning they are copious amounts of maple syrup, honey, and jelly. They consume all purpose flour like it's water. They are Missing the healthy fats from their diets. Their box cereals come with added sugar and then the Millers add chocolate chips. Erica recently made jelly and added 9 cups of sugar. They could have easily sweetened it with 100% white grape juice. Their way of eating is unhealthy. All the Millers care about is being hucksters and cashing in from being internet influencers. They don't care about being healthy and they certainly don't care about their viewers.
