@@jasonp1177 A TFC has 180 HP too. Triumph previously said it was 169....at launch...but later on corrected that. The exhaust shown is an aftermarket model. Love the stock exhaust.

@@thedandy6765it makes over 200 on a stock tune. I'm sure with a quality tune, it could make 220-230 wheel. Having a 2.5l engine as a base is wild.
Carpenter racing makes 240+whp out of the first gens NA on 93 pump for under 7k installed and tuned...these should do 260+ i would think
3 cylinder are amazing even the old ones. They torque in the middle no one can come close to mach and the sound wow
Gotta love the Triple for me it's the Triumph T955 or the Yamaha CP3 such amazing sounding bikes

@thedandy6765 That was the earlier addition, it has been upgraded twice since then 2500cc, 165 bhp, then the engine was revamped so now 2024 edit is 180bhp storm
@@KeatoilThe dodge Tomahawk as the name suggests is a car engine, not a production motorcycle, you may as well of mentioned the motorcycle with the helicopter jet engine, Alan Millard fitted an 8litre V10 Dodge viper engine to a motorbike.

I bought a 2014 Rocket 3 Touring as my first bike a few months ago. Definitely risky and I understand why people definitely say it's not a beginner bike but it was perfect for me. It's torquey as hell and it's addictive to ride. Also love the attention it gets. Around here, it's all Harley country and there's practically no Triumphs. So people see those 3 pipes coming out the side and you get people always walking up like "what the hell is that?" I'm biased but easily one of my favorite production models out there.

When I had my wreck I got T boned on my sportster because someone blew a stop sign. That’s how I ended up with my 23 MT10 thanks to insurance haha I got back on a bike as soon as I could I know you will too but take it slow and stay safe!

I have a 2022 GT 3 with 499 miles. It is my 32nd bike since 1970. Best bike of all. Sits in my Texas Man Cave. So beautiful. Timeless. Great review. Ride safe.

It’s not about this bike only, it’s about all shaft driven bikes that have one swing arm geometry. It’s called shaft jacking. Google it.
If a bike has a shaft drive and two swing arms geometry, it usually just pulls forward (BMW Paralever, Moto Guzzi CARC (Compact Reactive Drive Shaft), Kawasaki Tetra-lever, etc).
Honestly I'm no one to chime in but this would truly set you apart were you to intervene with the supercharger...
The Brutale is lit, no one can say no, but this gives you a run for your money.

Some British guy did a YT review and used a Insta360 and another guy videoing from the side. The rear wheel wants to tuck in and under lifting the bike up when you give it a good throttle twist. Wild stuff.

I’ve never liked the look of a cruiser as much as this. Im a sport bike guy for sure but damn that thing looks so good in the rear and from the side and the front. One of the coolest sounding and looking bikes I’ve seen in awhile.

2006 Victory Hammer with a 250 rear. Biggest tire that came from the factory stock when the bike came out. People ask me if its difficult to ride. I tell them at speed, handles like a sports car. Slow speed, well, you gotta take your time with it, like, well, a big rear. 😁 The Rocket actually weighs less than my Hammer. They've also got a version with 180hp the Storm R.

It almost seems like an evolution of the Yamaha VMax. Gen 2 VMax was 1700 cc, 197bhp and 575# iirc. That bike was every bit as much fun as my gen 1 busa, and up to 100mph, just as quick. Perfect bike had it not been for its sub-100 miles-per-tank range.😅 Sitting upright with hard acceleration is a great combo, startling at first.
Edit: 165bhp for this bike. Come on Triumph!

That's that Shaft-Drive! Like dropping gear in a muscle car. Maintenance on shaft-driven is sweet, as well. I daily a VTX1800, shaft-drive torque twerkin all over the place.

All shaft drive bikes give you that rise up and throw ya forward effect. It's for sure weird when you're used to chain drive.

I test rode a 240 horsepower carpenter rocket. Man it was fun. The exhaust wasn't. But I really enjoyed the power from that motor.
I have done 140mph on one of these. They are insane. Super fun bike.

Had a 2012, went to a 22 HD CVO Road Glide I built to 160hp/tq, and just picked up the 2025 Rocket 3R Storm edition. I had for sure missed the grunt of the rocket and the new style naked power cruiser has been a lot of fun so far. I’d love to see what you do with it
