We even can see how SM staffs also depend a lot on haechan for a few specific needs, such as for their nct daily i think the staff choose to whom they would pass the camera and to pass cam to haechan is such a good choice for both the staff and editor (i mean, he makes their works easier), then for NCT’s comeback vlive they easily can point Haechan as the mc since haechan know how to decide whats the best even in the sudden unprepared situations (he doesn’t have to ask staff what to do, he figured out things himself) Lastly, i do think that when the company invite an outsider artist/mc to NCT program, staff would inform beforehand on which member the artist could depends on when he/she need a brilliant/funny response, I believe haechan would be one of the names that always be mentioned by the staffs. So these are some examples of my observation, which to say that everybody acknowledged the genius ability of Haechan .
I value Haechan so much. He actually inspired me to be more extroverted. I used to make jokes with my one friend, trying to copy Haechans confidence because I’m just so introverted. I started making jokes around more people now and they are all shocked because I don’t talk, and they laugh with me, not at me. I like to listen instead of talk but Haechan makes me say the jokes on my mind, and he gives me confidence. I truly appreciate him for literally everything he does.
