- "The stoic Dwarves of Ironforge spent countless generations mining treasures from deep within the earth. Hidden within their impregnable stronghold of Ironforge Mountain, they rarely ventured beyond the wintry peaks of Dun Morogh. Recently, however, the Dwarves unearthed a series of ruins that held secrets to their ancient heritage. Driven to discover the truth about his people's fabled origins, the great King Magni Bronzebeard ordered that the Dwarves shift their industry from mining to archaeology. As part of the Grand Alliance, the stalwart Dwarven armies have been called away to battle the merciless Horde in far away lands. But great change has come to the enduring halls of Ironforge, obsessed with the working of the Titans, the dwarves retrieved their creator's mystical tablets from the fabled city of Ulduar. Activating one such tablet King Magni Bronzebeard fell prey to a terrible curse that fused his statue-like form into the diamond heart of Ironforge itself. To compound this tragedy, Magni's estranged daughter Moira arrived, claiming her father's throne for herself and for her infant Dark Iron son. To avert civil war, the dwarves created the council of Three Hammers, an uneasy coalition that would share power equally amongst the clans. In these perilous times, the defense of the mountain kingdom falls to brave Dwarves like you. The spirits of the ancient kings watch over you and the very mountains are your strength. The future of your people is in your hands."

I like the Dwarven theme, it sounds Scottish, Irish and Celtic. Happy and upbeat compared to the other races.
alot of the dwarves have english accents
I'd honestly consider the races of WoW to be different races from our world, dwarves could be something like scottish, irish and celtic folk, humans are probably english and such while the rest are kinda hard to figure out cause they are mostly non-human
the dwarves also borow alot from old norse culture with their runes and much more, especially because the original fantasy dwarfes was made up in the norse mythology just like the goblins and elves.

DEM BEARDS THO who doesn't love Dwarves. I would love to see worgen next but finding music for them is pretty hard because there Werewolves and they use there culture but also some of the Night elfs culture for there rituals. Anyway great music and keep up the good work

Those... exist? I've seen one or two on the forums, but never in-game.
Aizenbo Fuguhara if Trolls, Orcs and goblins can touch the arcane, I don't see why it's hard to believe some Dwarves would be erudit.. like Runemasters or plain and simple Magus. Of course, on a battlefield, i'd expect a Dwarf Mage to be heavily plated nonetheless ;) For Pride at the very least same goes for the Battlepriest (in my opinion).

As a undead Rogue ive spend alot of time within the walls of ironforge, most amazing capital city of all, dwarfes are epic!
I know that they aren't a playable race... But I do hope to see Vrykul and maybe the Dryads.

I guess it will be like the worgens for ground. But for flying ... well perhaps they can be able to turn into some kind of bird or wisp.

i main tauren, but holy shit this is awesome, i'm glad my second is a dwarf.
With the somewhat uneasy alliance between the WildHammer ,DarkIron and Bronzebeard Clans would it be safe to suggest the seat of the Alliance's strength now lies in IronForge not StormWind?...i mean IronForge has increased its strength tenfold with the formation of the Council of Three Hammers.
In my opinion i think yes! The capital of the Alliances military and political strength lies in Dun Morogh! :)

The Dwarves - Most sympathetic Race of the alliance
With the unification of all 3 dwarven clans, Ironforge is the true power behind the Alliance. The only missing piece of the puzzle is the crowning of a new High King of all the dwarves. Either Muradin Bronzebeard, or one of the descendants of Anvilmar. This would make Khaz Modan the greatest kingdom on earth.

great music mix! i think protecters of the earth was a little off though. the music didnt quiet relate to the sturdyness and strength of the dwarves. i found it to be just a tad bit to majestic and graceful. but great job over all.

They have been a lot of people that told me either a night elf or troll was the best race to play as a hunter.

Pineapple Farmer In fact before Wrath of the Lich King, Dwarves were largely worshiping the Light. It wasent till Brann's and the Leagues discoveries into the origin of Dwarves did a growing belief in the Titans grow. BUT any Roleplayer worth his or her salts can combine them. In lore, THE LIGHT is shown as your conviction and belief in a higher pwr. Thats why Forsaken and Scarlet Crusaders conti. to use the light. SO WHOS TO SAY; MY CONVICTION in the TITAN KEEPER TYR (Believed to have taught the Humans the light and saved them) IS ENOUGH to power my Holy powers? As I BELIEVE they come from the Titans.

That's just for individuals though, as a society dwarves (Dark Iron and Wildhammer in particular as they've never shared the Bronzebeard's curiosity for this kind of stuff), namely the Bronzebeards, are still very much following the Light.
The Wildhammers do not care for the Titans or the Light really, preferring the elements and the natural world. The Dark Irons interest in the titans only really goes so far as if theirs an artifact of power they can use.
Its the Bronzebeards who care so much for the Titans and were the primary Dwarf clan that Paladins and Priests came out of (Dark Irons have Priests too). In fact, Stoneform is "given" to us from our titanic origin and ONLY Bronzebeards can use it, as Wildhammers gave up that heritage and no longer know how to do it. Dark Irons have a twisted version of it. (Avatar form is a improved version of Stoneform in lore as well).(Bronzebeards are said to be able to use it because they have certain rituals and believes that improve their connection to their Eathern ancestors.)
As for the Light following, the Dwarves(Bronzebeards in particular), do recognize the Holy Light exists, and have similar believes to humans with some exceptions. However, I was just pointing out that due to the increase in common Titan knowledge and the growing reverence of them, its not hard to move to the point that Titan Reverence is replacing the Church of the Holy Light. Just as I said that Paladins and Priests can still use the light, as long as their conviction and willpower are great enough.
+Pineapple Farmer why not i doubt theres nothing as fearsome as a dwarf clad in plate and supported by the ligth just the stubborness of the dwarves has accomplished great things now imagine what a dwarf can do through the ligth, and if a dwarf is a rock then a dwarf pala isa rockslide and if a hird is a mouantin then a paladin hird is a and avalance and earthquake combine on that mouantin
