My original odometer worked and speedo did not. I tried programming the new one without the old one plugged in and it didn’t work until I had my old one connected to the original connector. Just like you said. Then it worked. Thanks for the video. Mine is a 2005 Dyna FXD. I can’t get the setup function to work because I want the fuel level function. It may not be possible.
The switch and ignition both have to be on. Took me about 3 tries before I realized the start/stop kill switch has to be on as well. After that it synced in seconds.
What’s the part number for that analog/digital gauge? As I see it doesn’t have the ABS light, I’ve been looking to get one without an ABS light as my sportster doesn’t have ABS

did ya check your manual? sometimes you gotta reset your ignition and other shit, your manual gives you instructions how to replace
My son layed his sportster down and it crushed his speedo. He got this replacement and it shows NO CAL. The old speedo still works but doesnt sync up.
