Back in April, we got a 2006 Dodge Sprinter HC 140" up and on the road again. It came to us over a year ago with a supposedly rebuilt engine half disassembled. We drained the gunk and goop out of it, removed the head and verified timing. Examined the camshaft and lobes, they look great. It had a broken injector hold down in #3 and we were able to back out the broken bolt without damaging the head, Gave it 5 remanufactured injectors and the van started right up. We proceeded to put the rest of the puzzle back together so it could be road tested. Well on its first road test, we discovered that there was a bad injector #1 wire that was causing the van to run on 4 cylinders sometimes. We replaced the entire wire back to the ECU and the van runs great again without any smoke.

I have issues with my sprinter 2006 on summer time crank and start very fast but on vinter time cold time in the morning doesn't hear nothing at all i turn the key to start it but nothing no click.. i connected a wire from starter motor it cranks but with the key nothing any help please.. thanks

Hello can you help i have a sprinter panel van starting it in the morning it's starts same time but if i drive it for about a hour or more and i switch off the ignition the if i want to start it same time it can't start then i must wait for about 30 minutes or more for the engine to cool down then it wil start same time. Please help me
I have a 2003 sprinter that after letting it sit for more than 5-6 hours it surges at startup for 15-20 seconds then runs fine. Any thoughts?

Hi Zimaleta, I've got a Vito 115 that doesn't want to start it doesn't bring fuel to the engine and the injectors are not opening, I don't know what else to do... I live in South Africa, can you recommend anything?
so i have an interesting one ,driving along a loud pop sound engine keeps running no drive ,towed home ,switch off engine and go to crank it ,starter turns but does not turn motor any ideas ,it is a 2006 t1n 3500, motor is not locked up it just has starter motor turning but not turning motor
Hi handsome. Have you had your 2002 sprinters intake replaced, it's part of the recall and it does not expire. Let's see your intake replaced by the dealer. ❤
This is really interesting how did you clean the blow back of each injector, also was the return line of fuel off the whole time while the engine was running
