I think they wold look better if the middle would be made with a few smaller yellow dots, instead of a big one.🤔 But they look pretty like this as well! 🤗❤
You can fix the brush by using a brush cleaner and boil water, then turn it off and dip the brush in for 10-30 secs or till the brush is back to its original shape, dab the excess water on the brush on a napkin or towel and let it completely dry it should go back to its original shape
I used to do that with an old brush when i used to do my cousins nails for the fourth of july for a firework type design, never thought about doing flowers like that before tho

A way to get them back to how they were before is to put conditioner on them and let it sit for 24-48 hours ❤ hope this helps!
