    The double click on the torque was the most satisfying part. Haven’t seen that since my Marine Corps days.

    I just received mine and it did not come with the two round carrier. Was I supposed to get one?

    just received my ultra lt chassis, did not come with round holder or action screws. Also did not come with a bag rider which i did not notice in the description until after it arrived and i went back and looked. Thats BS. Add another $50 and wait another week. Good chassis though. This is my 4th with a Matrix chassis on order

    do you think it would be better to mount this frame on a remington 700 adl 308.?

    I wish my MPA6.5BA rifle came with the round holder and barricade stop!!
    Also, I saw where you didn’t do the function check on the action screws to make sure the washers “pop” when unscrewed, I’ve got mine set at 85in/lbs bc that’s where the front screw “pops” at, should I just set them at 65in and be done with it? I don’t want to over torque the screws if I don’t have to.

      Justice9111 watch their video on their new wedge lock action screws and it’ll make sense
      Edit: not trying to be a dick. At face value my comment didn’t make sense unless you’re using their new action screws

    Is there any requirement to bed the action in these chassis , is there any point to it is what I’m asking , all my rifles have always been bedded , but I’ve heard people say not to bother on these or the matrix chassis

    I realize this was posted a year ago and hopefully my question makes it to you guy. Is there enough clearance for a “Remage” barrel nut? Thanks for your time.

    • @strykerentllc
      @strykerentllc Před 4 lety

      If the barrel nut is less than 1.325" you'll have plenty of clearance

      Yup. Black shirt-black small parts and camera zoomed so far out and so dimly lit you can’t see anything. Waste of time.

    So if you use a defiance or impact with machined integral lug you don.t have to use the lug torque screws? I hope not my chassis arrived without those lug torque screws.

    • @cncmts
      @cncmts  Před 5 lety

      Use of this tech is not required for any action. Its just a potential enhancement. However, the lug lock will not work with the defiance deviant lug. Its too short. I think the Impact works fine with this system.

    • @thundertoad3
      @thundertoad3 Před 5 lety

      Thank you. So should I get some of those to use for my impact action ? If so how do I go about getting them?

      Should have replied earlier. They are always very helpful and quick to reply. Adding that torque lug really improved accuracy went from .28” groups to .15” groups. Tyvm

  • @elkbow
    @elkbow Před 5 lety +1

    This doesn't match your manuals or even some of your other videos. I believe they say to first torque the front action screw to 30 in/lbs, then the rear to 30, then the front to 65 and then the rear. And Phil's video says to torque the lug lock to 30 in/lbs.
