Just a heads up for newbies: This games development started around two years before JSAB, but none of the developers knew about the other. So no, nobody copied from each other, just complete coincidence.
Project Titan was in development before Paladins. Project Titan(which is now Overwatch) wasn’t even intended to be what it is now. It was leaked on the old WoW forums(before the revamp) that it was going to be a shooter based mmorpg, like what destiny is. But years later they scrapped their initial plans and went with a tf2 style gameplay. Which is why people argue about Paladins vs Overwatch, who copied who Basically, people let themselves become so obsessed with “this game came first” or “no this one came first” which scraps for proof of their case that they end up missing out on two good games I do hope the interface and music of PA improves in the future. Gameplay is good though, just like jsabs gameplay is good too Hey kinda like people who choose megadeth or Metallica and hate the other
Okay, I know this looks rather similar to Just Shapes and Beats, but tbh this doesn't look like a bad game at all! It's still a beautiful looking game, but I guess people liked the neon aesthetic more? Or maybe they had better advertising, idk
I started development before JSAB. I am only one person though and...I started making it in highschool lol. So it's just taken me more time to make mine. My game used to be dark with neon colors (can probably find an example if you go back far enough in my videos) but I switched after jsab released their first trailer about 2-3 years into development of mine. Since I wanted to stand out. I actually launch on steam in a couple months 😁
@@tuzz116 yeah they initially made it in flash cause the team was used to that workflow. But then ported it to unity. I started about a year and a few months before them.

@@Vitamin_Games actually JSAB took 5 year to development, as I expected JSAB using Unity engine. That horrible.
