- In this video, I test out the Suzuki Samurai 4x4 (Sierra Ute) Barn Find which I rescued from a farm out west some time ago. I apologise in advance for my microphone not syncing properly. These are a great farm truck for anyone with a small or large property alike. They are easy to work on and parts are readily accessible, either aftermarket or through Suzuki or Maruti. If you’ve had anything to do with these Suzuki 4x4 utes, LJ81 Stockman or these later model SJ413 or MG410WT, please leave a comment. Thanks for watching, Bruce.

Great video Bruce, love your Suzuki. Thank you from Fresno California.
It would be great if Suzuki brought out a ute version of the current Jimny. Shouldn't be too hard since they now have the LWB 4-Door version.
I had an 1988 Zuki in USA. Worst decision I made was to sell it. Fantastic on/off road vehicle.
I'm curious Bruce. Your biggest fan from Boston Massachusetts here GMC guy. How much horsepower do you think that engine cranks out like a Educated guess
I had the first series Suzuki. Mine was a 1979 with the front differentials Was a wicked 4 Wheeler full time could shift on the fly at low speed.
Like my 1986 hilux fucken unstoppable ill never get rid of my old truck
Good Job Bruce
I wish I still had ours. I was never able to find something it couldn't get out of.
That thing is a beauty. Question: Is this a cut down, modified to pick-up truck Samurai or do they sell them like that stock in Australia? I have never seen a Samurai truck in this part of the world. Thanks for sharing!
No weight is key😎😎😎
Extremely capable little truck, seen them do some incredible things.
Mind blowing bush vehicles those old Suzuki's . . you have to be trying seriously hard to get them bogged
I had an original lj50 hardtop someone had cut the roof off the back and put in a toyota 1200 and 5 speed.. absolutly the greatest bush basher on a steep 1600 acre property out mudgee and was regd so did a few miles from sydney where i bought it to mudgee.. was good on road and off.. unstoppable.. !
There are so many great small and medium sized and diesel powered vehicles that aren’t available for sale here in the states, due to bureaucratic constraints. And this is supposed to be a free country.
Mate of mine had one and it was pretty much unstoppable.
Hi, do you have too modify the Seats from Swift to samurai/jimny? Best regards Owe.
Could do with a wheel alignment, i don't understand why car manufacturers stop importing great cars.
You’ve got a nice property there Bruce.
What a cute little ride, well done.
iv had a few, 4 more to this day a jimny 2020 year current thats been total under water 4 + days ( Lismore ) flood it took some work to get it running as was under water totally for more than a week , its still on the road today
