I would be worried about inviting them to nest and possibly draw more in with the nest.

Nocturnal Put up the nest for a few months. The bees lay eggs/larva in them. Then go out at night when the bees are dormant and drop them in plastic bags. Then incinerate them.
If you are concerned about the global bee population, put a few honey bee hives on your property. At least that way you can get some honey.
