It's not worth it I'm telling you as an owner of perak since 11 months.
Buying a bike is an investment for long term so don't go with "love at first sight" theory.
No doubt the bike is head turner but that's only one aspect that most of the people give too much weight weightage on.
It is after getting it that I got into disadvantages that hit me really hard.
The rust issue- within few months rusting started from bolts to handle to cable springs of brake to rear disc brake to silencer pipe.
Because of rust I had to change whole disc pads and brake disc which itself cost around 5.5k rupees. (It's not covered in insurance ofcourse)
The suspension is too hard although it's adjustable the rear ones but still it's not sufficient, even a mild(not exaggeration) pot hole in road will shake you up literally to spine.
The clutch issue- I've tried tweaking the clutch but still doesn't solve the mysterious sudden engine halt randomly during ride.
The rear indicators- they are so flimsy it falls out of its socket and you won't even know, when I asked to stabilize it in service center, they says fix it with "feviquick"..Really???!
The after service- let me tell you everything can be forgiven if the issues are dealt professionally after all which bike doesn't have issues, but the after service of jawa once you have bought it PATHETIC, absolutely unprofessional. I'm based in mumbai and I have dealt with atleast 3 authentic service centers. The people over there are truly unprofessional, a roadside mechanic would be far better in professionalism. I cannot overemphasize on this part, people assume jawa as a premium bike company and buy it because of brand but they should recruit aftersale service men carefully, once you take your bike to them you feel like you have bought some cheap bike looking at those crooks looting and befooling you of your hard earned money.
Based on only this factor alone I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy a jawa bike.
(Mind you, I have mailed, messaged, chatted online, called numerous times regarding these to their executive all in vain)
Puncture issue- it's an issue which we have to deal eventually, perak built is such that repairing puncture for roadside mechanics find it difficulty and when I called service center they plainly refuse to do it saying puncture can be attended by normal mechanics.
Even the parts/accessories are really difficult to get on time even in service center in mumbai. I was without side stand spring and tail light for so many days just because they had to order such simple parts from idk where??
I know it's an accumulated frustration from a perak owner but hope to save as much people as possible from future investment into jawa.

If you are feeling vibration in JAWA Perak then you might fall down while riding a Royal Enfield Bike. For the Exhaust Note if you want you need to take the DB killer out of it. I have been riding JAWA Perak since 7 Months and have taken it to various places off roading. And I am 6ft 1inches tall and didn’t had any cramp riding it 200kms at a stretch. Suggest you to give wise feedback or review to your viewers who rely on your verdict a lot.

I have bought Perak. its been a month. I feel that you are an enfield lover, so i wont say anything harsh. Please ride enfield and stop demotivating people not to buy perak. First of talking about the vibration, i have a enfield 500 and perak ... enfield vibrattion is much more than perak... from the second gear itself... perak is lot more smoother and do not vibrate much... you get extra confidence when you ride perak... keeping looks aside, it is one of the ggod bikes launched in 2021. one opnion for you, Please STOP DEMOTIVATING PEOPLE, GET YOUR KNOWLEDGE ON BIKE AND BE A MORE CLEARER.

I have a royal Enfield thunderbird and recently bought Jawa Perak. Let me give you all the correct feedback. This guy is running propaganda against JAWA . Must be Paid by RE
1 . There is no such vibration on my Perak. I am sure he has some damaged model just for showing on youtube.
2 . My Speedometer doesn't vibrate like that.
3. Sound of the bike is awesome.
4. Optional Pillion seat is much needed . I blame poor marketing of jawa.
Feedback of royal Enfield in 3 years :
1. Bike broke down almost 10 times and i was stuck at night
2. Speedometer / Fuelmeter all goes bad after 5-6 months .
3 . Bike vibrates like dildo . I can't see anything in mirror above 70 .

I rode a jawa perak, performance and character of engine was very similar to duke 250, in bs6 there is very little vibrations(unlike RE) but it seems deliberate and you will surely like it. i wasn't expecting such performance in a bike from Indian manufacturer, pull was just amazing. Coming to what i didn't liked about the bike is seating and footpeg position, tube tyres, placement of instrument cluster (you just can't see it while riding)

I am 6 ft. ride thunderbird, seating comfort is very good. I tried this bobber but couldn't enjoy seating & footpeg position, not at all like cruiser. Just simply they removed back seat from 42 no major design change. Need proper special design for bobber handle, seat, footpeg position all need to rework

Faisal Khan it seems from your review that the Jawa Perak is a true custom where everything is given away for the looks.
This bike looks sooo great, but it seems that the quality is on the low side. Too many of details are just not right from cable routing, positioning of things, corrosion, lightbulbs etc. And the vibrations seemsl to be crazy.
Still I like it and I am happy that the guys in India made this happen.
I come from Czechoslovakia, the original place of JAWA. I own and love my 350 2stroke JAWA's. And it just feels so bad and sad, that the incompetent original company in Czech republic wasn't able to come with (at least) such a bike. The only thing they could do is to sell the JAWA logo. Really sad :-(

I respectfully disagree. Led headlights will look ugly af on the asthetics of this bike .. as the rest of the theme is not "techno" but vintage and sturdy

@Nishan K I know that it's called Bobber for a reason but the classic was also a bobber with one seat , just make the structure in a way that people can remove the pillion seat for the bobber looks but can put it back for seating another pillion just like the classic
There're shops in karol bagh who are installing pillion seat on Perak

I disagree with the vibrations part of it since I've done cruising for long distances on high speeds and didn't encounter this issue and seating posture is also good.. also the performance and handling is by far the best in the segment.

May not be practical for everyone but this bike is class. The performance is kickass. Maine chalayi this apne dost ki. This is majorly for riding on open and wide roads with less bumps. Kaafi acha feels hai.

Ofcourse as an alternative for customized bikes, it's a good option. But, what about some genuine issues:
1. Gear changing hard
2. Gear changing not smooth/ noisy
3. Chain makes lot of noise
4. Silencer hits ground, on bumpy roads or speed breaker.....
At 2:57 the bike was so embarrassed about not having a tachometer it started moving it's speedo needle 😂
Anyways I appreciate JAWA's gutsy move for launching a real solo seat motorcycle in Indian market, not everyone can have a Bonneville bobber just for occasional bobber fun.
