Does the coffee come out hot? My nespresso and keurig are not hot enough

How is the quality? Durability? The feedback I read from the Ninja website, many customers complained about leakage or other malfunction issues with the machine after 8 months or so of use. I am planning to get a new coffeemaker but still doing some research which brand should I go for, either with k-cup or espresso or neither. There are so many brands and choices in the market.

So far we haven’t had any issues. The leakage or other malfunctions was a concern for me as well while researching but we chose based on what are our wants. I like espresso pods, and my husband likes brewed coffee. For us, this was the best option. We previously had a Nespresso Essenza Mini and a Ninja coffee maker with tea maker, both great machines, but we wanted less appliances due to space in our kitchen, so we found a 2-in-1. There may be other options out there with the coffee and espresso option, but most times they are too expensive. So we went with this one and have enjoyed it thus far.

Does it heat the milk the way a steamer does or do you have to heat by other means?

Unfortunately, you have to heat it by other means. It’s just there to froth the milk.

Can you use K cups with it?

No, it is only compatible with the Nespresso original pod size. The K-cup is much larger.
