- We got Rajiv Talreja, the author of ‘Lead or Bleed’ and MSME Business Coach for our podcast, ‘I Did It My Way’ with Sonia Shenoy. Started 7 businesses, failed at 3!
He says that the GenZ is spoilt due to a lot of content! Working for 30 or 70 hours per week is a subjective choice! Some content creators get paid more than our annual CTCs for a mere 30 sec reel! And that… to be honest, really got us thinking.

I had this same question as we grow in our organization in ranks - How do you stay relevant? As you grow in your Org management wants you to delegate as much as you can. then focus on what else you can contribute - what if there is no scope of expansion where will you end up.
Few things that I thought to stay relevant are
a. Constant learning
b. Looking for opportunities.
c. consider having the core functioning with you rather than delegating
d. Share your learning and have a point of view that you feel strongly about rather than dismissing yourself.
May be you experts have something to add to this question. How to stay relevant?
