it seems you really care for your hair and thats why your hair is so long and shinny, you should also tell which oil to use for deep conditioning, i started using little extra coco onion range when my hair fall started, deep conditioning twice in week helped me a lot. natural products are always good in comparison to chemical ones, always avoid mineral oil content in your oil and read your labels carefully before shopping for your haircare products.
Shailja my dermat also recommended me last year in december to start using littleextra cocoonion as she said that my existing pantene has so many toxic chemicals which were creating deposits on my scalp. Now it's almost 4 months and I am seeing improvement as when i comb now i don't see hair pulling or coming out in comb.
After reading ur suggestion from the last 3 months, I've been using the LittleExtra Cocoonion Anti-Hairfall Kit, and it has successfully reduced my hair fall. I also made a switch from a plastic comb to a neem wood comb, and it made a good difference in the results.

My hair used to grow so fast ..one day 4 years ago i just wanted to change my style so i cut my long hair to a shoulder length. But my hair never grew back since then ..i did vitamin d checking and anemia and other things but everything is normal..😢 yet my hair is not growing past my shoulder AT ALL ..it's depressing

Split ends can't be repaired. The only reliable way to get rid of them is to cut them off.
