Unironically I feel like this video is really telling of how AI art can genuinely never replicate a real artist's work. It will always fall flat somewhere, be it the hands of a person or the background details mixing together. It will always make mistakes that a real artist wouldn't make. Anyways - I love this animation!!!
First of all AI is making mistakes because it hasn't learn enough just like a kid who is learning how to draw

It mashes things, despite learning from a database of millions, because it can't understand what it In itself is doing; it doesn't have the knowledge we have. @@thejooper there was a massif layoff problem during the industrial era causing most people to have severe health problems due to the over use of machines and during COVID around 40 million jobs were replaced due to technology being a better alternative at the time but people are constantly wanting more efficient ways to do things that they don’t care if it’s not needed anymore so while it isn’t replacing jobs now it will

Honestly the whole AI thing isn't what frightens me, it's the artwork being swallowed into the black hole of online plagiarism that makes me wanna cry. Art theft is so destructive.
There is no art outside of nature. Everything else are lies, illusions, and interpretations of true art.

When AI steals art, it's mostly mining for patterns so it can recreate _similar_ works. In that regard, AI is just a tool.
When people steal art, it's much much worse, because they are using it to directly profit off someone else's hard work.

What I understood about the last picture.
1. Colour and art of the artworks are being sucked away, which can signify 2 things. That AI needs humans art to grow into the state that it is today, or 2nd, AI will suck away the human hardwork and creativity out of art work.
2. There are dead, colourless pictures which lay defeated on the ground, signifying their defeat infront of the "mighty" AI.
3. The AI is almost like a statute, yet it's getting prominent in the field of art, unlike statues.
4. There are silhouettes of people bowing and showing respect to the AI statue, this signifying the recent trends of people glorifying the AI dominance in the current age.
5. There's a big black ball sucking the art away, just over head of the AI statue, which can mean the dependence of AI on human art to learn and grow. But yet, it's indifferent to the human love put into the art. It sucks all of it to become dominant itself.
6. The clouds are grey and have covered the sky, which can mean the overall sad and hopeless emotions felt by the current artists. Their skills and efforts getting shunned away, amongst the infant AI, which can create art in an instant.
7. Ultimately, it's a very thought provoking and a beautiful piece of work. And i think that, AI cannot copy this. The abstract thoughts and emotions, with the persistence of creation in mind, and the human expression of endurance, all go into the creation of art. This ability is so unique to humans, that i don't think, will ever be copied by AI.
I agree that this can’t be replicated with AI, the AI art is soulless, a fun gimmick yes, but I don’t think it’ll ever be able to create art like this video, that’s thought provoking and can have a deeper message under its simple 1st layer
@@randomguy2402 as a person with total aphantasia, meaning i cannot visualize anything, at all, I think of an AI image generator as a reference or inspiration tool, not as a medium or the end product (i do not use it in any of what i make in final products, btw, using it to finish my unfinished sketches to see what i could add to them for example, but i won't use that generation, instead i create my own interpretation of said Image, making it human, so to speak :) ).
The Roman statues were made with chisling and other tools for example, but we don't credit the tools, we credit the people who used them.

What really made this chilling for me is how the culmination of artificial intelligence is portrayed and visualized to be a non sentinent, non alive, yet "living" entity. It just takes and takes without reason and feeds off of things that it cannot see or be truly conscious of. The girl, who I assume is in a piece of art, is horrified to see the grotesque ways in which her body is disconfigured, and what's really haunting is that as she moves her gaze across the wall you can tell that she realizes she's been one of countless failed "experiments" that are nothing but unrecognizable "feed" for the entity, so that it gradually may replicate a conscious human being.
That really freaks me out and what really gets you is when you realize that this is actually happening.
You've done a great job of using art/animation to really illustrate the severity of current events. This is a wonderful work. Very thought provoking and done with intent.

Yeah, every point here is valid, but i would like to mention that eventually ai art or ai generated everything will be perfectly represented given enough time, theres ai chatbots that can have real conversations with you for example, ai may feel like its destroying everything, and in some ways it is, but at the same time, for ai to do what most movies depict, or imagine. It would probably take decades for the ai to master basic human intellect and thoughts.
I love the detail of your hair and eye color changing as it often just defaults to what is "beautiful"

@@mooo139 AIって人の顔とか体とか基本的な構造なら簡単に絵にできるけど、手とか足の指とか長めの髪など形が複雑になってくるとAI自体が理解できなくなって「とりあえず形にしよう」っていうAI的本能？？でまあまあやばめな形になる
AIは人間じゃないから似てればなんでもいいっていう構造になってる
絵柄もネットのやつを許可なく使用しててそれで絵師さんも困ってるらしい
人間の絵師さんは何年も練習してるから確かに不公平だと思う
